Lol!! These guys are clowns! Of course I received the title and registration a week after we filed a complaint with a DMV inspector. The scam is them showing up at peoples homes to do a "VIN verification" ( the 2nd one in less than a month btw) with a sticky note and cell phone picture!! Why did this person in picture below attempt to attach a paper dealer plate before taking pictures? I have asked numerous times for his vin verification license number. How many vin verifiers work at this dealership? This "VIN Verifier" was different from the guy that did it at the dealership previously. Vin Verifiers have to be licensed and bonded with the state. Why did the vehicle need to be verified to begin with?? DMV said it didn't. It had a clean title and was not from out of state so what was the reason?? You guys have a pattern of doing these things according to past reviews. I hope potential buyers read this and past reviews before patronizing your dealership!!

I'm a 10 year professional BMW automotive technician. I made it clear before making the 4 hour roundtrip if there was anything wrong with the red 2014 explorer they had for sale and that i would find any problems it had. The vehicle had an oil leak, worn front and rear brake pads, and the AC wasn't blowing as cold as it should. The sales guys all went against me saying "it was the AC water thats driping", "there is no oil leak, the gaskets are good", and that "its the residue from the engine bay cleaning". It was NONE of them, i know how oil smells and how an oil leak appears. These guys are either doing shady business or the "mechanics" that inspect their fleet are non professional or don't take the time to inspect their vehicles correctly. Won't ever be doing business with them and buyer please take an honest professional mechanic to inspect the car for you! I didn't even finish the full inspection before i turned it away so BEWARE!

Scam, scam, scam!! These guys are extremely shady. Should have the previous reviews about their shenanigans. Bought vehicle back in 6/25. A week later they called me and asked me to bring the vehicle back by the lot for a “”Vin Verification”. Went down a couple of days later for them to verify, and the sales manager (Mike I believe)) immediately repositioned the car back into the sales line for the photos he needed for “Vin Verification”. Thought it was a bit weird, but whatever, send me the title and new registration. A month later, Eunice calls me again to say the DMV lost the pictures they sent in for the “Vin Verification” and they needed to re-take them. I informed her that I thought they were being extremely shady and that I would not bring the car back down for anymore photos. She stated her sales manager Amir (I believe)would come by and take them. A day or so later, Amir I believe shows up and proceeds to try and place a dealership plate on the vehicle before he took the photos. We stopped him cold and told him to take a picture of the vin plate and to send us our registration. Again, we told him he was being extremely shady and that I believed he was playing games with his wholesale bank (flooring companies that finance their inventory until they sell the units). He denied and became defensive and agitated. I told him we wanted this resolved by the next week. A week later, and we call the dealership again and they proceeded to lie about the dmv paperwork still being processed and that it was t ready. Mind you, I owned a dealership for over 15 years and understand 100% how dmv registration dealer transactions happen and how long they typically take. Also, I have had done 100’s of vin verifications during those times, and never repositioned vehicles back into sales lines for photos for “Vin Verifications”. Photos have nothing to do with this and are not required for Vin Verifications. I feel like they are playing games with their banks. I contacted and filed a complaint today with the DMV inspectors out of San Bernardino. They stated that they are familiar with this dealership and that they thought there were some current complaints they were working through already. I am not really worried about the title showing up now as the inspector helped me through my options. I just wanted to make prospective buyers aware of these shady practices. Be careful when giving them money. Feels like a scheme to me!Update- As per my email to you in 08-18, please provide the name and California Vin Verification license number of the gentleman above that came to my house to do the 2nd “Vin Verification”. According to CA DMV, Vin Verifiers must be licensed and insured in the State of California. What was the reason for Vin Verifications? Car was in the system, not a salvage title and not from out of state. Please explain why it was needed. According to the inspector, it wasn’t. And of course I got the registration a week after we filed a complaint with the DMV! I hope plenty of people see this before they buy a car from you and also get the runaround.

Got a really good deal on a car here. The person working here was helpful and overall I’m happy with the car I purchased. If I’m in the market for a good working used car that I can find utility for I would come here again. Thanks brother.

WORST PLACE EVER DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. They sell lemons, my boyfriend bought a truck here and it needed a new engine a week later. It's been a month now and "they're still working on it." They also made him pay for this whole month that he hasn't even been able to use the car AND has to pay for an entire new engine as well. WORST PLACE EVER.

We just bought a used car from these guys. Excellent service. All vehicles are very clean and reasonably priced. Mike and Amir are super friendly, not pushy at all and they will go overboard to help you. Deal with either one of them and you will not be disappointed.Heather & Julius J.

Horrible customer service! (excluding Amir). Make sure you check EVERYTHING on that car before you buy it! They will not do ANYTHING for you after you bought it but take more money from you. They sold me a 2017 Ford Fusion less than 2 weeks ago. The window does not roll up completely and rolls back down when it hits the top. I took it to Mike for inspection and he just said to not roll it up all the way lol. And its an easy fix I just have to pay half the price to get it done at their shop. Knowing I drove off on my own accord I chose not to argue. I Wouldn't recommend doing business here unless you know what you're getting.

My wife and drove in from Highland Park to purchase a Dodge Ram. It was a beautiful truck but..... As soon as I had it for 4 days the check engine light came on. I called and said to bring it in and have their mechanic do some work on it. He says that he fixed it and for 2 weeks it ran fine, only to have the check engine light came back on. Once again it was for the same damn reason. So I had my mechanic take a look at it and he told me that the transmission was not repaired by all the damage he found. So they sold me a truck that should never been sold at all. Buyers beware of deceptive sellers, especially here at Corona Motors. They do not have your back.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. Since the day I drove it off the lot it's been nothing but issues. It initially started with having to go back to fix the shocks, the alignment and passenger airbag. With a lot of back and forth and frustration they finally fixed it after a couple weeks. After they fixed that I was happy and finally able to enjoy the freedom of having a good working car.Unfortunately, that happiness only lasted 1 month. The suspension started rattling so I needed a whole new one. I went to the company to ask if I can just get a trade in for all these issues and the higher up acted like I was asking for his new born baby. He was rude and acted like I was unintelligent.6 months later, the car's whole transmission needs to be replaced on top of a number of other issues. I would say this company practically sold me a lemon. What's worse is Lemon Law does not apply to my vehicle as it was sold over 100,000 miles. The Nissan dealership in Riverside has taken my car in to look at the issues and they are even surprised that such a car was sold to me. I've called the company about these issues and they are so dismissive and give me other numbers (that seem to never answer or are disconnected). It's so frustrating. I've cried many nights and have ran through so much unnecessary money already. My first dream car experience has been absolutely ruined. I can not urge you enough to never do business with this company. People may have good experiences but if you by chance get a bad car they will do whatever they can to not help.
