Doug was so quick to respond and so helpful. I went to other pc repairs and they wouldnt be transparent about anything, which made me very hesitant with the vagueness and their long wait time. Doug instead responded to emergencies, gave a breakdown, possible causes, and everything else. Would recommend for those who like genuinely kind and informative techs

We have had the pleasure of having Doug service and update our computers-he is always there to address any and all questions. Talk about 24 hour service, 7 days a week, We can attest to the fact that Doug spent close to 5 hours during the evening hours-namely 5 to 10 pm to return our system to its basic operating efficiency-all this done remotely from his office and having direct access to our computer-truly amazing. Computers 4 Less is a Computer Tepair service that has helped through the years to tackle all types of web site problems and hacks. Doug responds immediately and always communicates in a professional and timely manner!! His prices are competitive, however his computer and relaxed demeanor is life saving to say the least. My wife has a sixth sense when it comes to finding good service and she did not disappoint when she picked out Computers4less. Doug picked up the phone immediately and immediately identified the reason for my desktop's poor performance. He came to the house the same day and did some further investigation which confirmed the need for a new hard drive. He paid close attention to the other concerns we had and made us feel that we were in good hands. So much so that I also turned over an old laptop to him for a new hard drive and new battery. In all, he came to the house three times (when it was convenient for us) to set everything up ready to go. Doug's fees are very reasonable and he's very easy to work with. He's now our new computer technician and we'll make the most of his expertise. Thank you Doug!
