Recently purchased a MacBook Pro from Computer Annex USA the Mac was ok. The salesman Daniel told me it was a 2020 Model I asked him to turn it on so I could see but I would have had to enter information to get to the about this Mac so I thought. I then asked Daniel again if this was a 2020 and he assured me it was! I was very happy went home and came back the next morning and purchased the MacBook Pro and an External Hard Drive because they were nice and helpful! Well when I got the MacBook home and started setting it up I realized by looking into the about this apple that it was a actually a 2017. I was not happy at all because something I thought was 3 years old was actually 6 years old! Also the External Hard Drive was actually much cheaper on Amazon for the same exact model! I paid about 799.99 for the MacBook Pro and 249.00 for the Kingston 2TB external Hard Drive used 2020 MacBook Pro's are being sold for 400.00 I Trusted These Guys! I went back and Daniel Said to me oh they don't tell me what year the machines are! This was a flat out lie! I feel I was lied to and deceived! When I said told him the hard drive was cheaper on Amazon he said oh Amazon is killing everyone! What's sad is I really wanted to patronize small businesses in my area especially people that look like me! Thanks a lot Brotha for treating another Brother like that! Buyer BEWARE! They are NOT HONEST!

I brought my macbook here for a battery replacement. And since then the ‘new’ battery has since then expanded. I didnt notice until i took the case off of my laptop a few months later. All the screws that are supposed to keep the laptop intact, were also missing.

I went into this computer store in hope to find a gaming pc for my son, not only was i pleased with customer service I received upon entering the door. I genuinely felt like the care I received from them and what i was looking for was beyond normal customer service skills. Not only did they help me find the PC i was looking for ,but was willing to do a diagnostic on my phone for a great price telling me what was wrong with it…. All around a 9 out of 10 store, and will be returning again

Great customer service & extremely helpful from the start, answering all my questions down to the financing process.
