My family and I booked a room for three nights due to our house being renovated. Upon arrival, there was a blue truck with a knife inside the driver side window like someone was trying to break in. We did notify the security guard outside but I doubt anything would happen based off his body language.The check in process was pretty smooth and easy to get our room. The front desk attendant explained everything in detail and was responsive to all questions we had. We have a family of 6 and booked a 2 bed with a couch sofa to accommodate everyone. When we pulled out the couch bed for my son, it was beyond disgusting and we took pictures of it . There was no way on earth I would let my son sleep on such filth. Continuing our inspection of the room, there was mold growing behind the picture frames inside the bathroom. I suspect it was growing due to the bathroom fan not working as good to fight the steam from the shower. The room was under my wife’s name but I went to the front desk to voice these concerns and stated I needed to talk to upper management or a manager. The front desk worker said the manager wouldn’t get in until 1100 and would offer a different room if needed but I declined because if it’s in one room, the chances are it could be in the next. We did get refunded our money and checked out.My wife called back around 1115 to speak to the manager whose name was “Kim” but she didn’t answer. She ended up leaving a voicemail but no one has called back and it’s now been a whole day later.

Hotel is nice but the internet is beyond bad. Not only is it comically slow, it'll kick you off every 5 minutes. It's 2023, this should not be a problem, especially in California.

This hotel has beautiful rooms and I was greeted by a kind, compassionate staff. You can pretty much walk to the airport, too!

The hotel doesn't check your id when you check in. This is the perfect opportunity for thieves to steal your choice rewards points because it happened to me.

Fire hazard, dangerous, do not go to this hotel.My phone wouldn't charge at any of the USB ports, and I went to the bathroom with it plugged in. I came back, and it was on fire. I looked further and found an extension cord across the room is also melting, there's likely an electrical problem with the whole building, if not the entire block.The smoke made me sick, and they did not refund my fee. In fairness to them, they did give me a new cord for my phone.

My friend was assaulted in the parking lot 30 min after he arrived. Nobody from the hotel got involved or seem to care really. We handled everything ourselves as far as getting the police involved and getting deranged perpetrator behind bars!!!Rooms: Nice and spaciousSafety: He was parked on the same side of the lobby in the corner. A little bit darker than the front BUT still no security camera installed!!! And I'm going to mention that some poor young lady was staying behind the enclosed dumpster! ?Good bless her ❣️

The location, cleanliness, and accomodations were all good, but what really made this a 5 star rating was the helpfulness and attentiveness of the staff. Lupe helped me check in and was able to resolve a reservation mistake that I made. Lupe was kind, compassionate, and truly a godsend. I am so grateful for the assistance in my time of need. I will definitely be staying at Comfort Suites Ontario Airport again!Noteworthy details: Compassionate staff

The room was good the service was ok. We had asked for a quiet room, we had a joined room with someone who kept coming in our room, music being played till 3am. People being loud. People ringing our door bell and running away. Someone kept trying to get in our room at all hours of the night.Not a restful sleep at all.

Whatever you do book somewhere else they do not care when you have any kind of concerns and management will not follow up to offer any type of compensation or discount for their overpriced rooms that came with a bed with no pillows nor do they provide any , their breakfast that was lack of and the service that was even worse. The hostess serving breakfast actually turned the lights off right at 9:00am and there was still about four or five people eating breakfast extremely rude by the time she put out the food she was already cleaning and putting it away.

Stayed here thrice in 2023. Comfortable, clean, easy parking. Very close to the I-10 freeway, and ONT. Full hot breakfast is a plus, saves $20 per person per day. Starbucks in the same parking lot, gas stations and fast food literally across the street. Staff was polite and very helpful when needed. Wi-Fi worked well for me, in contrast to other reviews. Only negative was the AC unit. Kept the room comfortable, but was loud. Thankfully I had earplugs from my flight.

, I wish I could give no stars! For starters the room Wi-Fi doesn't work at all! I mention it multiple times and nothing was done. I stood 2 nights (I extended my stay the next day because I wasn't going to be in the room much) but wanted to come back to rest my head there instead of checking into another hotel. As I came back they moved my room and stole my clothes! I keep e mailing with the main manager Kim and she is taking no further action on my stolen clothing! And also why would they switch my rooms when I extended my stay I called the front to make sure it was the same room she said yes I still took most of my stuff just in case. All of this was too much the night manger was also very rude never again they need to close this place down because I don't even want to get into the roaches I seen in hallway after check out!

I wish there was negative stars. This place is the absolute worst. Hall way smells like stinky feet, daytime front staff and manager (Anna) are completely inept at their jobs or customer service. After a sudden urgency for a hotel room, I booked my daughter at Comfort Suites Ontario Airport thru Choice Hotels. Originally booked 2 nights but had to extend 2 days twice. I reserved, PREPAID and got a confirmation for all the reservations. This afternoon I got a voice mail from Anna (supposedly the Manager) very rudely stating that I had 2 hours to get there to pay for the room she was already in and had extended the night before. ( WTF .... I ALREADY PAID IT ON THE PREVIOUS NIGHT!!!!). I didn't get the message until 3:30 in the afternoon... I immediately called them back only to be YELLED at saying that I needed to get there IMMEDIATELY, pack up all of her things because the police had been called (we called Ontario PD to apologize and tell them we were on our way but were told that they in fact never called. We get to the hotel tried to straighten it out and show them the confirmation. They had no interest and again yelled at us the reservation is canceled and refused to look at it or listen. What is a reservation and pre-payment good for if they arbitrarily with out any reason, explanation or attempt to clarify what the situation is? Each time I requested an explanation or reason for being treated this way all I got was 'this is the hotel policy' ... WTF? What is the policy.... What kind of hotel is that, take the money, confirm and kick you out with out reason? WOW COMFORT SUITES, there is NO Comfort from you! . I called Choice hotels who also tried to reason with them to no avail. They are issuing a complaint and reprimand against Comfort Suites The Be-ya-ch at the front desk REPEATEDLY came up to the room harassing us to hurry up. She even called the police who basically spoke with us, listened and left stating if WE needed him any further he'd be in the area and to just call. Well as I left to take things to the new hotel I called the Ontario station to update them. They told me the Be-ya-ch had call them again. So I turned around and came back to the hotel to protect my daughter from her repeated harassment and to speak with the officer. He basically asked us how much longer it would be and left. The Be-ya-ch told him we were trespassing, he corrected her stating we were on our way out. Why would she she knew more and should tell a police officer the law? Oooh, I know... because she is the 'BE-YA-CH' who is all knowing. . NEVER and I mean NEVER stay at the COMFORT SUITES ONTARIO AIRPORT because there is NO Comfort associated with them.

Terrible stay so many issues.#1 staff from the front desk to the management they are rude. First day I was there at the breakfast area Walked in to get a plate and the staff walked up to me and yelled shut the lid to the food. There's over 20 ppl there but she choose me with no food at all. There were ants in the room wifi was absolutely terrible so if you plan to work expect to get shut down at least every 5 min. Bed sheets were small so kept coming off and the mattress was absolutely filthy. I was glad I brought blankets. I had 3 friends, a teen, a baby and myself all female and they would not give us more than 1 roll of toilet paper a day to us. The last night I was there I asked how much to wash clothes $9.00 so I was like never mind then I asked can I please have my daily roll of toilet paper. The lady rolled her eyes the gentleman gave me one. Then as I was talking to my DIL just saying this is the last time we are coming here The lady at the front desk yells down the hallway DO YOU HAVE SOMETHING TO SAY?? I said yes I paid to be here and I think if we have a need you should give it to us. But to not go yelling back and forth down the hallway I walked my DIL in our room and went to the front desk and the lady just kept arguing so I tried after check out to talk to management corporate and they don't care The guy at corp offered me 5000 bonus points Im like what is that and he said well it gets you close to a free night Im like what?? he said ok we will give you 8000 for a free night I let him know I do not want to ever stay in this hotel and I just wanted to speak to the manager and she still has not dealt with this issue. I will never go back No wonder the staff can go crazy the management and corporate allows them to be confrontational to their guest they lost my whole group.

Checked in with my wife and kids, we immunity start seeing cockroaches all around the room, we also found someone's toenails ..... we asked for a refund and where denied, so we will now be doing a complaint with the better business bureau. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Everything looked great when you enter the hotel....but once I opened the door to my room it was Absolutely disgusting, roach infested. Left immediately, didn't even unpack. Found a bunch of dead roaches everywhere , a broken glitter nail and a disgusting wet spot that that seemed to be there for ever that was covered by a trash can. They wouldn't refund me and had to stay at a different hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!! This is a health violation, wished I would have checked on yelp first
