Excellent service and everything very clean and there is much better bilingual staff. What I liked the most is that they take you to the airport. ?

This is one of the top comfort inns I've been to. The pool and hot tub are working and clean. The hotel and grounds are well taken care of. Friendly staff. The breakfast was good. The rooms are spacious and beds were comfy. Very good hotel!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Comfort Suites Ontario Airport Convention Center, which I unfortunately must rate as 1 star. During my stay, I encountered a significant security issue when an attempt was made to break into my truck. The perpetrator damaged the keyhole, a clear sign of an attempt to gain unauthorized access. When I brought this urgent security concern to the hotel staff, I was simply advised to file a police report. Moreover, I was shocked to learn that the hotel does not have any security cameras installed, which made filing a report feel futile, as there would be no video evidence to aid in an investigation. The lack of basic security measures and the unhelpful response from the hotel staff have left me deeply concerned. I cannot recommend this hotel, especially to those traveling with valuable items or concerned about their personal security.

I just woke up to this, and guess what sorry no cameras
They should at least stick some fake ones to the sealing of the parking spaces to discourage
Safety: Car got broken into, no cameras so staff were off no help

Unfriendly front desk!
I called to ask about the parking. Her name was Andrea (3/20/2024- 10:45am).
Whatever I asked her about the “park-fly”
I wonder how busy the parking because she said First come first serve … she said “I don’t know!” She meant No . And whatever I asked, she said Uh huh - that means Yes
And I also asked again “ Is there a phone number to contact the parking department?”
“I don’t know” again
Then I explained because I live far away I don’t want to drive all the way there and no parking. I need to plan a head. “Then call that morning”. And I said Thank you Bye
Not even a goodbye to me and she hung up.
Wow lady, you need to know how to handle this situation. Is that some kind of attitue when you work in the professional field running a Hotel worth millions dollar and you can’t even train your front desk?

Location is perfect! Especially if you’re flying in/out of ONT. Also close to the mall and other activities. Our room had one roach ? but the staff was extremely nice and offered to spray the room we would be moved into and spray the room we were in the same day.??Everything else was very clean I’m not sure if a guest just brought in a roach or what but everything else seemed pretty clean and breakfast was delicious.

Loved that it was so close to the airport! But...hated that it was so close to the airport. Very noisy air traffic. Staff was great though and the car and shuttle service was amazing

Overall a good Hotel beds seemed old and uncomfortable. We had 2 beds as a sofa bed there was no blanket on the sofa bed and was told they were sold out for the night and didn’t have blankets. Breakfast was good same all mornings. Laundry on site had to get quarters on my own they didn’t have change. Pool was nice but was no heater hot tub was not hot.
Rooms: Rooms were ok a little out dated and old. Beds were uncomfortable we stayed for a week

My family and I booked a room for three nights due to our house being renovated. Upon arrival, there was a blue truck with a knife inside the driver side window like someone was trying to break in. We did notify the security guard outside but I doubt anything would happen based off his body language. The check in process was pretty smooth and easy to get our room. The front desk attendant explained everything in detail and was responsive to all questions we had. We have a family of 6 and booked a 2 bed with a couch sofa to accommodate everyone. When we pulled out the couch bed for my son, it was beyond disgusting and we took pictures of it . There was no way on earth I would let my son sleep on such filth. Continuing our inspection of the room, there was mold growing behind the picture frames inside the bathroom. I suspect it was growing due to the bathroom fan not working as good to fight the steam from the shower. The room was under my wife’s name but I went to the front desk to voice these concerns and stated I needed to talk to upper management or a manager. The front desk worker said the manager wouldn’t get in until 1100 and would offer a different room if needed but I declined because if it’s in one room, the chances are it could be in the next. We did get refunded our money and checked out.My wife called back around 1115 to speak to the manager whose name was “Kim” but she didn’t answer. She ended up leaving a voicemail but no one has called back and it’s now been a whole day later.
