I couldn't believe this bank got only 2.5 stars. Everyone is so nice at this branch and knew all their client name. This is not your typical big box bank. You will get service but they make sure they check your transaction and verify so it would take longer than other big banks. They have better APR for your savings.

Racist Enrique and racist Elda ; told me I couldn't do something because of my race !! Tried to report her but management won't listen. Horrible bank! Horrible service untrustworthy and unprofessional

I have been coming to this bank for many years, even when they were located off Haven. I always got good, friendly service from all their employees. Larry and Alexis at the current location have always been helpful and remember me when I walk in the door and greet me by my first name, each and every time. Larry has recently been moved from the counter to mortgage and loans, he deserved an upgrade and he got it! Congrats Larry. I do not understand the 1 star individuals, they may have a had a bad day and took it out on the branch. Coamerica-Keep up the good work!

Only giving one star because I have to. This is by far the worst Comerica bank I've been to thus far. Whenever I come here there's always an issue, rather it's making a deposit or trying to withdrawal from my account. I'm on the verge of just calling corporate and reporting. Not sure what their issue I is but they need to get it together and step it up. Their service overall is trash and personalities are so dead. Take your business elsewhere!

Not sure why this location has 1 star!!!! The atm is the lobby is AMAZING!!!! The team here is so sweet the gentleman that helps me always remembers personal things that make me feel good and make my experience personal. The branch manager transferred from the chino hills branch which I loved by the way too. She's seriously so sweet professional and they run the branches professional helpful and based on the circumstances with COVID 19 take all the perfect safety measures!!! Management needs to know that they have an amazing team here! Keep it up guys I'm super happy with Comerica!
