“I shop at the ontario retail store and all staff are always very friendly and helpful. Today I intended to buy 2 shirts and let them know of a discrepancy of an order bout a month ago. With no hesitation they fixed the situation and problem was solved. I appreciate their honesty and the accommodation they gave me. StayLoaded represents the trucking community in a positive welcoming way both on a shirt and in the store.”

“From the very start, these guys are fantastic. It all started with an order where I ordered a shirt size incorrectly and I needed to make an exchange. The communication was fantastic and even offered for me to come up to the store to make the exchange in person. After finding out that they were local, I was absolutely happy to go see them. Well I will say. I sure am happy that I went up to check out the place. From walking in the door they were super helpful, greeted me instantly and made me feel very welcomed. I love the vibe. I love everything they have. I even took a look at their business motto and fell in love with them even more. Even the owner of the company came out and greeted me. Customer service is over-the-top. They are the most helpful clothing shop that I have ever visited. I recommend these fine folks 120%!! I once owned a retail shop and these people are exactly what I would expect to be the best. Loyal shopper for life!”
“Two associates were phenomenal; young lady named Avery (pardon if misspelled). She was very friendly and super helpful going above and beyond to find some items for me, she was super nice and a great asset to the store. Same goes for a young gentlemen whom I did not get his name. He had thick black hair, I believe I was curly as well. He offered me a bag for my items and at the time I didn't think I needed it, however he saw me again and offered once again. I needed it the second time haha. Great choice of employees very professional.”

“This store was Such a fun discovery for me because I needed something diff from Kate Spade New York who had limited Disney items for more expensive. I would invest buying a Japanese Animanga handbag (like a Totoro) one in the future or another Disney branded shoulder bag here. However, this was my first visit, I decided to go for some Sanrio jewelry and a Winnie-the-Pooh pair of socks!!!!I spent almost an hour here but found some Sanrio jewelry here for cheaper. I usually don't buy non-Designer rings, but they sold Little Twin stars' rings here and they perfectly fit. I still prefer wearing Designer rings to work though. So I'll switch rings off on my day offs only. When you work an upscale job, you gotta use Designer brands to be more presentable. Anyways, but I still like what 'Hot Topics,' offered, and they are having a promotion on spend $30, get $15 'Hot Topic,' cash right now to start in November/2023. You won't lose the reward even though you may lose the reward invitation slip. I'll be back in November for a Disney shoulder bag or Japanese Animanga (Totoro) one as shown in one of my pics attached below. I bought a set of 4 pins to give coworkers because the pins had a positive message on them. I'll be back for more pins later today!!!!”
“It's just not my style~I don't get the hype, but I did find their Winter scarves at a reasonable pricing, $39.99....must have been from $49.99 down. I didn't need a new scarf so didn't go for it. But if I do need one in the future, I'll most likely buy the Christmas looking one as shown below. But the store was very organized, spacious and clean. I would return again for their Winter scarf if it's still on sale!!!!”

“MUCH BETTER… so last time their was a tall guy and some other staff goofing off at the counter in this location and the service was lame. This time it was so much better! Their was a different duo at the check-out counter this time and the new guy I got was super respectful and nice! The store has some good deals, I came in looking for socks and got three high-quality pairs, $4 dollars each! I’m happy to say the store looked more orderly too! I’ll be returning.”

“My husband and I were visiting our daughter in California and stopped at the Ontario mall. Burlington just happens to be one of my favorite places to shop. I gather the few things to purchase and when I got to the line I couldn't believe how long it was. There were only two cash years and the line was out the door on a Tuesday ? people in California love to shop!”
“I have been getting into Calvin Klein fashion brand for several years now since their clothing materials have been made of either pure cotton, most of the time or some times a mix of polyester for Summer outfits. I most often shop at TJ Maxx digging through their red tag sales for Calvin Klein items, shoulder bags included or at Outlet CKs such as this branch and that of Cabazon. However, since gas has been more costly these days due to inflation to drive down to Cabazon, I often stick to Ontario Mills Outlets which is totally my go-to hang out spot with my family. I buy a wide range of clothing from here mainly for work because it just looks nicer being it an Outlet brand: New Arrival T-Shirts, formal black (or dark grey) pants and black jeans, etc. Their pricing tends to be more on the reasonable side as well. The clerks here have always been helpful and friendly. I will likely return soon again.”
