Horrible customer service. Kenneth is a sexist. Applied for a loan with my wife. Kenneth only shook my hand and completely ignore my wife when she was even closer than me (Multiple times). I should've saw the sign when I saw how he blew off a customer impatiently. What he says and what he put on paper are completely different regarding our loan. It's a lesson learn at the cost of the loan origination fee of ~$1500 to not deal with this guy, this branch, this bank. Glad to have closed out all my accounts and deal with professionals at another bank.

The worst bank service ever. Deposited a check in this branch, and got a call back after 5 days. The guy said it didnt go through. So I asked if I will need another check to deposit, the d*** head spoke with attitude: "I dont Know!" DUDE! you are the guy who works in the bank, you should know what to do.

Exceptionally knowledgeable staff. The manager, Ken helped me make a deposit very quickly and efficiently. Additionally, he was able to tell me which investment program was best for my level of risk tolerance on the spot without needing to search on his computer like other bank managers.
