There was little to zero communication with me regarding the delivery of my vehicle. The delivery was delayed 4 times. I was supposed to receive my car on the 28th of February. I ended up receiving it on the 11th of March. It was only when I called them did I receive an explanation of what was happening. Just ridiculous. With that being said, I do love my new car.

Getting a Car from caravan was very fun experience when seeing my car come down the vending machine. Even though my car was used it was very clean inside and out. I loved the fact that it had low miles. The only problem I had was that my oil change light was on. I was told that caravan does an inspection on all the cars.I was told if an oil change was done they do not reset the light. I was still able to get my car oil checked for free with the help of Caravan. The 7 day grace period help a lot so I was able to get to now my car..

This was the biggest mistake ever my delivery appointment day has been rescheduled more than three times and now once again rescheduled, they’re quick to take your money and wait until processing date to make sure it goes through to deliver your vehicle. Do not buy a car from here. At this point, so frustrated. I asked to pick up my vehicle and they’re not giving me that option!

Good experience overall...would be five stars, except that delivery appointment was missed without any sort of notification or route to contact/find status easily. Ultimately, delivery was made a few hours after without additional issue.

At the beginning I was a little concerned about the deal, since was my first time dealing with Carvana. After my experience, I will recommend to any of my relatives and friends. They were very professional and straight to business. The entire process last 15 minutes barely, and the money was available on my account the next day. Once again thank you, it was very good making business with you.

First time buyer from CARVANA- This beat "kicking tires" at a dealership! I have no time for shopping for a car and all the paperwork etc. I purchased on-line and had it delivered. They made it so simple and easy! Communication was spot on and the delivery driver was so pleasant. My " new to me " KIA arrived safe and sound SUPER CLEAN and with a full tank!. I appreciate all the information provided ; previous owners, maintenance history, and location of origin. I was able to browse with no pressure and take the time to research year, make/ model, known problems, recalls, to find the "right fit". A truly hassle free and seamless transaction. Thank You!!!

I have now purchased and sold a car on Carvana and found it to be the least painless way to either buy or sell a car. The website was intuitive and easy to navigate and the people I dealt with were pleasant and professional.
