Tony was a huge help! I purchased a battery from another location that unfortunately is closed now, making it difficult to find the invoice in the computer for warranty purposes. Tony spent considerable time looking into it for me, and giving me leads that might help. He continued to follow up on this even after we had hit deadends and I got a surprise call from him 2 days after he first tried to help me with all the information I needed. Tony knew who to get help from, and he didn't just drop it like most people would have. This is incredible old fashion-type customer service that is invaluable today and builds incredible customer loyalty. Thank you Tony and this CarQest location for going to bat for me when I didn't even buy the item from them originally. Highly recommended store.

Absolutely bad attitude employee!!! Don't know her name but she answered and when I told her that I spoke to another of thier locations and that I was told they could order a part and I could pick it up she right away without thinking said "WE DONT DO THAT"!!!! Just horrible people skills and if you are that upset working there why do you even show up! I even told her I could pay for the parts over the phone just to get them ordered bit she again with an attitude said "NO WE DONT DO THAT" she told me I had to go in person!!!! Mind you if I could go in and order before the time so I can get them by the time I need then I would absolutely drive there and pay for them in person! The reason I called is because I really need them and I work in Irvine so there is ZERO chance for me to drive here and pay for them so I can get them on time. Worst of all is I offered to pay on the phone and oviously I would have the card present when I picked up!!!! But again when you hate your job this is how you treat people! I called the location I talked to the person who first helped me and she ordered it I will pick up tonight!!!! Absolutely horrible service!!!

Carquets is my first choice when I need to buy parts.First of all the quality of their product is higher then most known auto parts stores. And prices are ALWAYS reasonable.I needed a battery for my MB Sprinter. A sales rep located one for my vehicle which happened to be Die Hard brand.I was greatly surprised when I saw Made in Germany printed on it. It just doesn’t get better with a price that’s 30% lower than OEM at near dealer.CarQuest is my first choice ??
