3am appointment check in 1.45 out 2.35 everyone is very nice and helpful only big thing I noticed some truck drivers dump trash ? side of the entrance Thay let us park our truck at least be thankful for that.

First impression was being welcomed by Rude Shrek absolutely zero professionalism. I think this guard is just mad at life in general. Drivers don’t let this joke of a person get to you.Every other employee here has respect and manners But the guard!

Beware of this warehouse, all drivers we need to stop. don't waste your time delivering here. Setting up the way they're do is keep the products in your trailer like their storage for free.My appointment pick-up is at 9:30 am and my appointment delivery at 12:00 pm.I'm arriving at 10:30 am, I park my truck on the street in front of their warehouse. At 11:06am, the security guard came to nock my truck door and told me my delivery at 8:00 am, you late, you late. delivery appointment.You need to pay for $100 late fee or reschedule the appointment for the next day.I told myself how he knows? I'm delivery water ?.I told him my appointment was picked up at 9:30 am and delivery at 12:00 pm. Time not ready yet walking to check in and How can I get here for delivery at 8:00 am?He told me that because I'm sleeping inside my truck, not walking into the gate for check-in. That why he came to nock my truck door for waking me up. You late, you late. you have to pay for $100.I call Broker. And Their give appointment delivery for next day at 4:00 am.I need to cancel my load pick-up the next day morning for delivery this load.

The doorman has a bad attitude and this place is abysmal for unloading...wouldn't be picking up their shipments next time. Kind of racist... especially towards Asians.best not to choose it…

Now I can understand why your reviews are so low if the corporate staff such as Mr. Frank (marketing) who very rudely hung up on me when I was offering my services to the community, I don't know what we can expect from those to whom we owe set an example Mr. Frank it is acceptable to have internal policies but your service needs to improve I am also your client please take it professionally this is constructive criticism.
