They never have cashiers, and carts, to put the food near the store they do not have them. 02/10/2024 was the record, no cash register, only the ones that you scan and many people waiting and angry about the wait.

The worst Menudo. Today I bought Menudo and it was pure bone and grain. Better call it Bone Broth with Grain. And it doesn't even have a taste. I don't know how they can sell that piglet

The store is good but the cashiers/staff are the worst!!! All!!! They are so poorly educated, with a hell of a temper? the treatment they give is fatal, if I could leave 0 stars but that option is unfortunately not possible ? if it weren't for the clientele you wouldn't have a job! Damn, it's hard for them to be kind?

One more thing I forgot to add I don't appreciate when I go in there I get dirty looks and as well followed cause they think I am going to steal in my opinion due to my race I won't and never have done that but to be followed and to have my stuff checked or to have the older lady that is short with hair barely touching her shoulders should not ever get in my personal space making sure I scan everything but not anyone else that I feel I am be targeted because I am not Hispanic or don't speak Spanish
Everyone should feel comfortable and welcome there and not have an employee or security assume I am going to steal when I never have at your store
Please do better and be more customer service oriented it would make a huge difference and as well make others want to come more

If I could rate it with O, I would gladly do it. This store is getting worse every time in everything from employees to products, bad service, some employees are very despotic, they do not show kindness, it seems as if by force they have them working there

Worst customer service ever! Will not be shopping at this location and recommending that family and friends shop somewhere else! The cashiers are very unfriendly and lazy. Had a bad experience with Maria the cashier tonight. Her badge was turned over so who knows if that was really her name. Complained to the supervisor Marie about my experience and treatment and she made excuses. I guess they rather stand around talking instead of helping customers.
