Rude customer service. Extremely rude. We returned from test driving the car and he came and took the keys and went into his office and slammed the door, no questions or information given no effort to make a sell. When approached, he stated it was hot outside so he went back into his office. I'd say he is racist. Listed Honda Accord as a 2017 but it was really a 2016.

My daughter just purchased a truck from carco. The gentleman there went above and beyond to help her leave with that truck. Great customer service. Great place! ?

I called earlier this morning inquiring about a car and the person that answered the phone hung up on me. I had questions and they were not answered. Unprofessional and rude customer service. After this interaction I am no longer considering this dealership.
