Great experience! I bought a car from Luis at Car City Ontario 4 months ago. The car has run beautifully, and has given me no problems and needed no repairs.Luis has been great to work with, he made financing easy, and he's been very responsive in handling my paperwork and registration. This place is great!!!! I saw a car I wanted online and scheduled an appointment. The car was in excellent condition when I took a test drive and since I took a bus to get their the owner offered me a ride home. I recommend this place to anyone buying a car. The car I took is still in great condition

They were charging to much for down payment. (Update: I found the same car on Carvana with no down payment. ) Be careful when buying a car here because theres a chance its not complete. Bought a car and it was missing the window washer reservoir and had a hard time when plugging the obd2 scanner tool in. ( Update: it had nothing to do with my credit or job at the time. )

This place was horrible. They give you the run around and was very rude when talking on the phone. Never gets back to you with any kind of answer. A lot of the cars are beat up in one way shape or form.
