Went In to return Xmas gifts… the place had no ac on and was uncomfortably hot. Place was a mess. There were 2 cashiers and they were very slow. All of the customers in line were upset. Not a good shopping experience.

Good sales right now but TERRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service! It took me almost 10 minutes to find someone to open the fitting rooms. Then needed help with sizing and couldn't find anyone. Left without purchasing anything.

I have been getting into Calvin Klein fashion brand for several years now since their clothing materials have been made of either pure cotton, most of the time or some times a mix of polyester for Summer outfits. I most often shop at TJ Maxx digging through their red tag sales for Calvin Klein items, shoulder bags included or at Outlet CKs such as this branch and that of Cabazon. However, since gas has been more costly these days due to inflation to drive down to Cabazon, I often stick to Ontario Mills Outlets which is totally my go-to hang out spot with my family. I buy a wide range of clothing from here mainly for work because it just looks nicer being it an Outlet brand: New Arrival T-Shirts, formal black (or dark grey) pants and black jeans, etc. Their pricing tends to be more on the reasonable side as well. The clerks here have always been helpful and friendly. I will likely return soon again.

On 10/31 I went there with my sister and friend and when we were checking out we had the sweetest girl names Ana check us out. She was so nice, sweet & so informative! She took the time to tell us the specials that they had going on and we ended up getting two more bras for less than we were going to pay for just 4. Thank you so much! This girl knows the true definition of customer service.
