Be very careful with this man, Carlos starts off very friendly but is very transa. It says your car needs a new engine but what you do is just clean the engine and tune up. And he tells you that he put a used engine in it.

I just recently started going to Carlos and I believe it was a great decision! He was recommended by a AAA tow truck driver who came to transport my truck to Carlos shop. Great recommendation and I personally would recommend Carlos to everyone looking for an HONEST mechanic.we all know how hard that is these days. Two thumbs up! Thank you Carlos for your Integrity! That alone makes a world of a difference!

Well this experience started off good. The staff and Carlos were friendly and worked quickly. Plus the price was right However, their negligence caused more damage to my car and ultimately costed me more money. They replaced my timing belt, water pump, and high pressure powering steering hose. I brought all the specific parts, the coolant and the power steering fluid as requested by the mechanics. After installing the parts they did not put the brand new power steering fluid in nor did they put the coolant in. I was not aware of this when I drove the car home. I was driving and starting to smell the car over heating and I could see the steam coming from under the hood. When I lifted the hood I seen that the radiator seal had been damaged and the there was not any coolant in the car at all. I could also see that the power steering fluid was the same as before the repairs. When I took the car back to Carlos he did not take any accountability and acted clueless about not putting the fluids in and just offered to replace the radiator for a hefty labor price. I don't think they intentionally made the mistake but once confronted about it he did not own up to it. I wish we had a better end result because I would have been happy to repeat business with this shop.
