This is a chain store that needs to let their loss prevention take charge again. Because of the bad shop lifting scumbags all customers get treated like they're about to shoplift. Inventory is definitely not what it used to be ever since joe biden took office, and gavin newsome allowed shoplifters to get away with it.

The worst customer service I have ever seen from a Department store. The are suspicious of all their customers returning items. I tried to do an even exchange for a Shower Head and they couldn't find the transaction so they denied me. No way any other store would ever deny a client a new shower head. I purchased another one and what do you think it was broke too. I'm disgusted with this Department Store at this location only.

My husband and I were visiting our daughter in California and stopped at the Ontario mall. Burlington just happens to be one of my favorite places to shop. I gather the few things to purchase and when I got to the line I couldn't believe how long it was. There were only two cash years and the line was out the door on a Tuesday ? people in California love to shop!
