I travel a lot for work and wanted to bring my wife here to personalize a bear that she can comfort her while I am home and I was skeptical because it's normaly for children, but it was still a very nice experience. We chose her bear, we added a heart brar, my voice, and some glases to make it look like me, lol. She was able to name the bear, got its birth certificate, and a nice box for it. She was very happy! She calls it Pudding, her emotional support teddy bear? :)

I am a loyal customer of aaalll locations but I will not be returning to this one. I counted five employees just walking around and chit chatting with one another. There was a long line of people just waiting for bears to be stuffed. There was even a line at the register with one person going back and fourth doing nothing. The level of professionalism was very low at this store!

Beyond pissed right now... came in for my son's bday this morning... got everything picked out was next in line waiting forever for the 1 employee to ring up a customer... meanwhile my son is on the verge of peeing his pants it's taking so long. Then the employee announces she's closing the store for an hour to an hour and a half because she's the only one there. Are you kidding me I could never imagine telling one of my customers too bad I can't help you because I'm the only one here. Tough it out and do your job that your paid to do. Ridiculous.

Came to get a bear for my daughter and there was literally 4 employees standing around doing nothing. The only employee who was actually stuffing bears took about half an hour for each bear while there was a line of 10 people. They were very nice. My only complaint is the employees are very lazy and stand around

Cool spot for little ones. You can take your little one to create they're own special stuffed animal. It's a fun experience for all. You stuff a doll of your choice, add a heart, and create a birth certificate. They also have little extras like a sound and even a scent to add in your stuffed animal. They sell clothes for the dolls as well as little accessories. You can take your little one on their birthday month and get a birthday bear and the cost will be the age of your child. We were in today creating a bear for my 1 year old. We also got our bear a t-shirt. Fun experience and safe to say this will be our birthday tradition ❤ I added a pic or the sanrio dolls because I thought they were cute ?
