GREAT FUNKO SELECTION! I forget there’s a BoxLunch inside of Ontario Mills since it’s kind of hidden and it’s a smaller store compared to other locations. However, this store has an amazing variety of pop culture/anime clothes, jerseys, and merchandise. I visited to pick up a few Funko Pop! exclusives and they had plenty! They had a $10 pop deal for ALL pops, including exclusives! I didn’t experience any wait time to checkout and the girl at the counter was pleasant. I think I found my new BoxLunch of choice. Note, if you’re claustrophobic I don’t think you’ll like it as it’s very tight here. Overall, I really enjoyed this location!

Rude and inattentive employees. Don’t like your job, then quit! All of you there seem miserable and customers can definitely notice and feel it too.

Giving this store a 1 star is a lot an employee, by the name of Erica was very rude to me and my son we made several purchases over $100 and I asked her if I can throw something away in the trashcan and she took out the water bottle that I threw in the trashcan and handed it back to me. Is that the way you treat your customers lunchbox.I will be getting in contact with lunchbox management and corporate office very rude no customer service whatsoever.

I only came in for one gift for my sister and the employees at checkout kept pressuring me to sign up for rewards. I kept saying no and they kept pushing it. Annoying.

I love this Boxlunch! They never fail me. They always has the newest releases and the cutest things. Also Xia was so much help to my boyfriend who was looking for a gift. She was super patient, understanding, and had excellent taste!
