Been going here for 3 years. Gym and staff are great. The reason for the four stars is mainly because of their hours. When I first started going here they closed at 11pm on the weekdays and 7pm on the weekends but now they close at 4pm on the weekends. As a mom that has a full time job as well it’s hard to get out the house before 4pm. The time’s alone just makes it difficult to enjoy my full membership.

Initial Review:Signed up Monday 11/6/23 at 9:30 am and there was an error in the sign up process. Guy at the counter says he’s never seen this happen before and calls the manager to let him know how to proceed but the manager said it would have to wait until he came in. So here I am thinking the manager is aware of the situation and this is resolved. But I come in the next day and nope. Still not fixed. So I had to check in at the desk, and same thing today. And still no resolution or response from the manager, which is completely unprofessional. Finally I have to ask the very polite girl at the counter to take my name and number and to please have the manager call me

Blink is a Great gym in all honesty. It’s very clean and staff is really friendly BUT the rating is because the gym itself is just to damn small! It is ALWAYS packed.

It's a good place to work out without feel bad about yourself. They offer good training and deals. It's a little loud sometimes. I do enjoy going.

OK, I give honest reviews, and here's my take on Blink. So at the initial time of signing up, there was a glitch in the system and my payment. Apparently it never happened before, and everybody seemed really perplexed at this issue. Anyway, I had trouble for a week and a half because the system was saying that I was not a member, because the system didn't recognize my information. I did ask for a manager to call back, and I got no response for a couple of days. On the third day of having to walk up to the counter and check in using my name, I asked the girl at the counter to have the manager, Tony, call me again. He did not, so I called later on that day. I was very upset, and he could tell I was. I explained the situation to him, and that, it was showing on my bank that the payment had a processed. The manager really didn't have a solution, I ended up having to cancel the transaction altogether with my bank. I had to go back to the gym and re-sign up all over again. It was very frustrating, I won't blame the gym. I will blame the lack of management follow up. Either way, I did receive a credit for a couple of months membership, which is something that I didn't ask for and was really nice. But I didn't expect that when I went in to pay. overall, the gym is very clean. I like that they're open early, and all the machines are clean and available.

I asked someone, if I could get some experience on how to operate the weight machinery. I was there about 2-3 months before the COVID-19. They just let me in, and no one ever taught me how to use the machines.

They need to fix their equipment it takes forever.all their cable fly machines have been broken for a while. Staff is nice place is clean . They just need to fixnthere equipment faster.

better than esporta in montclair n planet fitness. staff in rlly friendly, weights r always in order, gym is always clean. best gym in the area. Price is reasonable too i pay $25 a month n i can bring a guest every time i come

My son used to go to this Gym he enrolled and when he decided to cancel after few months was a pain in his a$$ more than $50 dollars?? Oh wow !! Worse experience ?

Terrible gym. Randomly decided to start closing at 4pm on weekends and didn’t even give there members a heads up other then a small piece of paper on there entrance. Non existent customer customer service. Had to pay $70 just to cancel my membership which is ridiculous

For a small gym/company, Blink Fitness has done a good job. The price for a membership may have gone up a bit but it's still overall a gym id reccomend for someone to start back up or start a new.The staff is some what good, not decent but some what good. Going in and leaving I honestly feel more like a body there than other gyms when they make small talk, blink doesn't really do the small talk unless they know you.The equipment is great. The basics and also some new things. Another down side is picking a time to go in, that doesn't have a bunch of high school kids there. But a great thing about becoming a member the app shows you in real time how crowded it is and what times to possibly go. Also about the app, if you have the basic plan for one gym you can't fully use the app (meaning the exercises classes like yoga), was never really told about that change.

Always packed and customer service is pretty much not existent. At least the people that actually work in there are kind.
