The breakfast is bad all you actually get is bread, cereal, and a really bad orange juice. I would never go back to this hotel again.

No airport shuttle is my biggest gripe. Everything else was awesome. Hotel room even had jets in the tub. $10-14 lyft to the airport one way. Reservation agent lied about 24 hr shuttle service but the hotel still gave me an upgraded room for My troubles. Would stay again. Staff members were very kind and very pretty ?

Overall not a great hotel, overpaid due to being there for a festival that weekend… as soon as we walked In the room we could smell must and smoke, like it was previously a smoking room 20 years ago and the carpet was never changed.. I went to pick up the TV remote and the back with the batteries fell out, which I didn’t mind after scrolling through their 20 channels of local cable tv. Overall not worth the money. I’m giving it two stars because the employees at the front desk are very friendly!

First time staying so here is my. The outside of it isn't gorgeous you get what you pay for on that. The lobby looks very nice but they do not have anything in it. No food or drink vending machines, they are waiting for their bar license is what I was told so the restaurant is not open. ? I did have trouble getting into the room but only because I did not know how to work the key. But once I figured it out I was good. The inside was very clean I always check the sheets and under the beds and under the mattresses. And everything was super clean. I had an issue with the TV so I called and they came right away which was awesome. There's really not much walking distance from here except a gas station but luckily that gas station has a really good chicken place to eat call Krispy krunchy Chicken definitely check that out if you stay at this hotel. We did have an issue with the air conditioner the directions on the air conditioner set to leave it on Auto that did not work for it went all the way up to 77 so I had to call and have them fix it. If we stay here again I will definitely bring a fan. All in all the stay was good. No real extream issues and none that didn't get tended to right away. The staff is super friendly. I would say this is maybe a weekend stay place or just an over night if your going to a concert near by. ?

Not Good! I would say Terrible. They stole $70 from me saying towels were soiled. Wouldn't show me or give the towels as proof, just kept my deposit. Old sheets and towels but this is how they get you. Traveler BEWARE. Do not say there. My stay was June 7th, 2023

We stayed there last weekend. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable however the walls are paper thin and heard the people next door to us all night long. It was awful. Heard their tv and and music all night AND other loud noises, if you know what I mean. Pretty disgusting.I didn't get any sleep. The towels are WAY small and they only give you two. The pool had a lot of dead insects in it. Gross!!!Their website says they have a bar but that's not true because they don't have a liquor license. No big deal but they should not advertise that.When we checked out they did not even ask how our stay was. Just looked at us and said "Okay".....Better to pay more for a better hotel. We will never stay here again.

The "breakfast" was horrid. It was a brown paper bag with oreos, a granola bar, warm milk, and a sugary cinnamon roll. The towels were honestly the worst part of my whole stay. They were tiny, thin, super scratchy and the hotel was very stingy when I asked for more to bathe my baby. The sheets were literally hospital sheets. They smelled like a hospital too. The beds are either lumpy or rock hard memory foam that felt damp. In the first room I was in the carpet was pulling away from the tile revealing the tacking strip. I stepped on it and cut open my heel. The hotel was very apologetic and gave us a different room. For the amount of money that this hotel charged, your better off going accross the street the the other hotel. A motel 6 would have been better than this place. I've never been in such a dump before. Wall paper coming undone, plaster on the carpet, carpet falling apart, no doors on the closets, shower barely works, towels are garbage and the breakfast sucked. The only positive for this place was that the bathroom was spotless.

Clean nice, what I don’t like from the websites is that you ask for a date but tej system keeps giving you different date’s cheaper so when you put your date the price increases is so disappointing I don’t like that is not only in this hotel is in all hotels in the area. So if you commit a mistake and didn’t check the correct date you in trouble be careful.Rooms: Nice and clean…

The photos are incredibly misleading. The pool & hot tub were closed, the bar is nonexistent & breakfast was a brown bag with warm milk, an Oreo cookie & a prepackaged, processed cinnamon roll. Avoid this hotel & spend the money to stay at the Comfort Inn across the street. Has the potential to be a nice hotel. It’s a shame the current operators are still using as an excuse for bad service.

After being stranded at airport in Dallas and arriving at 3AM, I called trying to book a room. The lady said rooms were clear and available, but they do not check in anyone after 230 am. I said, "so I'm stranded here..you have rooms available, and I'm trying to give you my money for a room, and you won't help me because it's 3am?" She said, "Yeah if you wanna call it that. You can't have a room"So I called the Residence Inn down the road and they happily excepted my money and gave me a room. This place is terrible for turning money away when rooms are available.

Pet friendly? They might say so but it will cost you an ADD'L $50 per night/pet! Not 1 pet station and the only patch of lawn is in courtyard.?! It's too bad, it can be a real nice hotel with a little effort.Rooms: Classic furnishings & decor providing basic amenities. All the beds are situated by the front window/entry (feels odd) & cheap (or not see photo$) on the # of towels provided.Safety: Parking lot is open, shared by neighboring businesses. The guest laundry is at the back corner of hotel & open for anyone to use (if working).Food & drinks: GRAB n GO Breakfast. and make sure you grab your in- room coffee because they don't make any (careful they don't provide lids)!Noteworthy details: It has a decent size pool, although a little cleaning is needed. The jacuzzi is located opposite end of courtyard BUT it too was NOT Working!

Employees are very nice! And helpfulThe room was clean.But the door broke when we try to open it and the didn’t want to lock.This hotel is more like if you’re trying to get something cheap and just stay the night because you have other plans.It’s not for a family stay or to come and relax.Rooms: Was okay worth the price.Well could less expensive.Nearby activities: The Ontario mall is close by

It's ok, if you want to save money and don't mind an old building with outdated rooms stay here. If you can spend more money do do, the place looks nothing like the pictures.

1st, We asked for a upper floor room because of the road noise, was told none available. 2nd, the room we got was next to the street, old, and unpleasant. Then came the issues, exactly what we were afraid of. After midnight groups of people were going in and out, slamming doors, smoking, partying, music, It was unsafe and it was a horrible experience til 5 am when things died down, but by this time the sun was coming up and our room was facing east so could not sleep, yes there are not black out curtains. What a disappointment, we still have 2 more days to go...please spend your money elsewhere.
