This place was the best by far. It has a great selection to choose from. Staff was excellent, enjoyed their customer service (shoutout to Brian), low pressure sales, their products sell themselves. Also, loved that they had a financing program since this furniture is a higher quality than purchasing patio furniture at let's just say Home Depot for example. Took advantage of the 4th of July sale, can't say enough, we highly recommend this place and we love the set we got!Kevin and Michelle

We were recommended to visit this store from a friend. Who had beautiful patio furniture. They have a lot of patio furniture here and other supplies and planters that most stores don't have. We found a patio set that I initially thought was too expensive, so, we visited 3 other patio furniture locations. I was hoping I would find something just as nice "for less", nope! Everything I saw was cheap looking and seemed like it would need to be replaced in the near future, so I made peace with myself and the price: I came back to purchase the patio furniture. Now I'm glad I did. I'm also happy with the customer service I received.Thank you

This is an over due review! I want to take the time to extend our gratitude to Brian for all his help. My husband and I walked in and were in Aww with all their variety. Everything in there is of A+ quality. You are going to pay for the quality you get. Everything is made of strong materials and are beautifully made. Their financing option was a great plus as well. Brian and his team exceeded our expectations with their customer service. We went in on a Friday and have everything delivered the next day! We are still currently waiting on our custom chair pillows to be made but we are in love with our purchase. Definitely recommend this place!

I had a great experience here. The showroom has plenty to get you excited about entertaining. I came in specifically for patio set and had lots of options to choose from. I was happy to have Virginia help me out and give me the 411 on the quality of all the materials. She was patient and helpful. Bryan helped us out with financing and gave us a fair price. I appreciate the excellent customer service.

Just drove 2 hours from Orange County. They have an ad on offer up of their whole showroom for $40 per chair. My mom corresponds with them offer up and they confirm they have $40 inventory. We show up an there are literally 3 items for $40. Most items were at least $200. The guy who put up the ad, Greg was very rude. Classic bait and switch + dishonest business.

Expensive but great quality outdoor furniture. Natalie was excellent and helpful and so nice. Brian and Maurice were also very helpful. Had some issues with my first fire pit and again with the replacement and opted for a totally different fire pit, which worked nicely. Very happy with the service I received.

Buyer beware terrible customer service. Very rude go anywhere but here. We purchased our patio set and chair pairs and paid way to much.My husband said let's get the better quality thinking ok with this being said thought I would have better customer service.this is not the case it's unfortunate that all they want is your money but not even try to look into seeing what they can do to assist the customer they just shut you down.Recently I was contacted by the owner Greg and he will be looking into this.The owner also took care of the situation with my chair pads brought them in and had a very warm welcoming and customer service with this being said since they acknowledge me and turned it around . I will be updating my review thank you Greg and Virginia.

This store is a joke and the staff is very rude.. The pricing is way too high for quality of furniture. Each item is priced individually and as mentioned before Overpriced. The drive was not worth it save your time.

December 11, 2021 they're located in Ontario California in a commercial area of different discounted companies. Put in there looking to replace my old patio set in the backyard under my patio cover large variety of different makes and models of patio barbecue dining etc. Received excellent customer service by the receptionist upfront and also by Brian. He was very helpful and helping me understand the Saint Catherine's patio conversation set. $$$ It was worth the trip to check it out to see what he had available. Very large warehouse with a lot to Choose from. They do offer a military discount don't forget to ask. Excellent customer service I recommend this place.
