10/10 service. 10/10 mechanics. They are relocating but this is a shop worth following. Hanok cares for more than your money. The guy took my car in last minute for an oxygen sensor code, to check my AC lines and a coolant leak. Pricing couldn't have been more fair. I am new to Ontario and am blessed to have found such a honest and true mechanic. Also, they work on lowered cars when 6 shops in this area told me they couldn't lift it due to it being so lowered. These guys are the REAL DEAL. THANK YOU BASIC AUTO REPAIR!!

This place is a great find! They're always busy but still fit in quick & smaller jobs. Prices are affordable & they're cheaper than any other place I've called/been to in IE, Plus, you get honest answers & quotes NO BS from any of the guys. Monday - Friday 8a-4p & Saturdays 8a-2p. Henok & the guys are all very hard working & friendly. Definitely recommend this place for all your basic vehicle needs. They've been open for the longest time but no need for internet bcz they get by with just word of mouth & recommendations from fellow patrons like myself bragging about them. Great job & Thank you Henok & guys!!!

I don't trust taking my car any where else. I live in Diamond Bar and will make the commute to Basic Auto for all my vehicle repairs!! Not only is Henok fair and reasonable with his pricing. But he's also very honest and super personable. I've always been warned about going to a mechanic as a female because they tend to take advantage of the lack of knowledge. But Henok and his staff are some of the most honorable people I've ever come across. It's as if they make suggestions/recommendations as if we're their friends/family members. That's a trait I truly appreciate. I went in wanting to do X-Y and Z... but Henok suggested I only do X since that's all that was really necessary. He saved me money and got my little Silver Bullet back on the road. I just wanna thank all of Basic Auto for always being honest and beyond reasonable. Thanks Henok
