Similar to a previous customer's experience, this establishment is managed by a no-nonsense, old-fashioned proprietor. The owner is straightforward, blunt, unapologetic, and comes across as unpleasant and arrogant. If exceptional customer service is a priority for you, I would recommend exploring alternative options.In my case, I contacted them regarding the front rotor and bolt repairs. Robert, who answered the phone, informed me that they operate by appointment only but suggested calling back in 45 minutes as a slot might become available due to a potential cancellation. When I followed up after an hour, he dismissively remarked, "Haha, as I told you, the spot isn't available since you never called back." The interaction left me with the impression of him being the stereotypical class-monitor, tattletale boy scout.Despite the less-than-ideal customer service experience, I proceeded with my repair at the shop. However, it came at a steep cost, with a labor rate of $95 per hour, and I was charged for 2 hours of labor for the replacement of wheel studs and bearings.Considering the high price and the subpar service, if I had more time to research alternative shops, I would likely choose not to return to this particular establishment.

Don't be late for an alignment appointment. I guess they only work on 1 coach at a time. I was 3 hours late, so that is on me. Other vender wasn't finished on time so I had to wait. Owner and 1 shop guy working on one coach. "I had to pay a guy and lost money cause you're late. Take my card and come back some other time." Rude and condescending. I'll drive hours for an alignment before I go back here. They obviously don't need the business. Sad I have several vehicle s in my fleet. I should have called to let them know I was running late. Again, that's on me. But to be that rude? No thanks.

This place should have a Five-Star-Rating! They’ve been around for about 50 years! There is no one better, or more TRUSTWORTHY than B & E. I know this from careful observation from personal experience….

It is a memorable experience when you are in need of a critical service in a pinch and find that business that delivers a 5 star service quickly. I needed a wheel repair that was more complicated than most. Other tire stores in the area didn't have the necessary equipment. I called Robert at B&E who confidently told me they could handle it and have me back on the road within the hour and he did. The price was reasonable and the job done expertly. I am trusting of this business to be competent and competitively priced for future repairs. Thank you B&E!!

Good customer service but technicians couldn't get our alignment done correctly, finally gave up and took it somewhere else to repair instead. Bought tires also and kept having trouble with the work they did when they installed them. Had to go back 4 times too many for something they should be professionals on.

I would not recommend this shop. I had bad experience with them I took my 99 chevy suburban to Robert for a steering problem long story short said he fixed it the same day and I'm still having the same problem with the vehicle and that was after a $600 dollar bill...took the vehicle back to him a couple of times and he said to drive it maybe the parts he installed had to set in anyways my problem wasn't fixed and he wants to charge me another $500 to fix it and he still can't guarantee that the problem will b fixed bad experience overall not a professional shop I'm not doing business there anymore .

Excellent experience. Had a full inspection, alignment, tires rotated. Same day in and out. Recommend this place. Lots of city street work around the area right now, so don't miss the entrance.
