Back from Florida, driving, needed to take care of my car. Purchase a $13. Dollar item paid with a $50.
Later I realized my change was wrong.
Call them, explain that I believed my change was wrong and this is their response: "We are family, nobody will do that, and we can not check if it happened we don't know" then hang up.
I think I am right, but I could be wrong.
All I needed was just a polite answer yes or no.
I will try my best to avoid going to that store again.
