Went there to exchange brake pads while my car was in the shop down the street, and was told they have none of the type I needed. Walked back down to the shop while they arranged to pick up pads from a distributor, and lo and behold they're ordering the same type of pads from this place, just in a more expensive variant. Would have saved me a lot of stress to tell me they had those variants while I was in the shop and not stressed to hell and back.

Sef was extremely helpful. I needed new headlights and being a senior woman, I knew nothing of what to purchase. He assisted me and even put in my headlights and washer fluid, which was very low. I really appreciated his attitude and willingness to help me. I was overall very happy with the service.

Uggggh! It's an unfun experience. I have been treated as an average customer and the products usually work the first time. I GUESS I GOT SPOILED BY THE MASTER STAFF over at the La Mirada Store... Everybody KNOWS which one I'm talking about!!! Imperial Hwy &.. In the Home Depot parking lot... For yeaaaaaaaaaars they have all treated us like family. I know it seems like a complaint, it's not.
