Horrible service they didn't want to return a part because I bought it at another store went back to the store I bought it from and they returned it and they told me that any autozone can return the item they just didn't want it to impact there comes out to return ratio numbers.
Terrible service, they didn't want to return a part because I bought it at another store, I went back to the store where I bought it and they returned it to me and they told me that any autozone can return the item, they just didn't want to impact the sales-return ratio figures.

Fat guy at the register was super lazy to help all he knew to do was click the mouse. He needs to get some steps in or his poor dietary choices will take him out. Couldn't even show me where to get what I needed just pointed at the aisle.

My husband and I came in to purchase a throttle body for his truck. We knew the exact one we needed and we knew the price for it. When we asked for it we were told it’s around $200 instead of $120. Jose “manager” says we must be looking at the incorrect one online and that if we have an issue, order what we need online instead of in store. Very extremely rude and unprofessional. Obviously we went with what he stated is the price and item since he said “well online you probably didn’t put your truck info like I did here on the computer.” We decided to just go with what he says we need being that he works at Autozone and his tag says manager. That’s our fault for thinking we can trust Autozone employees…. Half the time they don’t know what they’re doing. Well, we were right. He gave us a completely different Throttle body that only made things worse when we installed it. We decided to go to another Autozone where the worker there was surprised we were given the wrong item and was surprised we paid so much for it…. Finally got the right part! And for the price we knew it was supposed to be!

If I could give this store negative stars, I would I showed up an hour before they closed tonight because my battery basically needed to be replace. I drive a hybrid, so I have two batteries, and when I arrived at the store, the younger gentleman there was free and I asked him if he could check my battery for me. He said OK went outside with me And first off I don't know much about cars so I expect the professionals to know a little bit more and he didn't know where my battery was and he was like well I can't help you check your battery if you don't know where it's at and so I literally had to YouTube where my battery was on my car and then when he saw my battery instead of trying to help me figure out how to check it or how to remove it to where he has access to check my battery, he basically told me that he could not check the battery because of the location and that I would have to take my whole car apart to get to the battery. He also told me that his store doesn't sell the battery that my car needed which I knew was a lie because I looked online and it showed that they had two of my batteries in stock so instead of fighting with the clerk, I just left and went to the nearest AutoZone from his store, and that gentleman saved my life tonight.

So I get there early, about ten minutes before the store opens. I did an online order for in store pick up. Anywho, I’m doing my breaks myself. For the first time ever so I wanted to make sure I got the breaks I bought online. I ask the guy to double check for me and all he did was ask me year,make, & model. I did bring in my registration slip too, thinking that he would run the vin or at least really double check for me. And there was only two customers behind me so he can’t say it was busy. I left irritated. Knowing that I might have got the wrong breaks.But I won’t knock it till I try it.The guy was really complacent and smug. Drink some coffee in the morning and you’ll feel better.The low stars are for the employee with the green hazel eyes.Other than that I got the breaks pretty quickly.
