Like all the other chain auto parts stores. They only carry the fast moving parts not like the mom & pop shops that carry everything. & Have a machine shop in the back.

Some staff needs customer service retraining. Outside needs cleaning and there's always transients outside looking for something to steal. The store is well stocked but even the managers need some retraining. Go to another store honestly.

I went to return an item I borrowed. I lost the receipt and the manger IVan G told me he could look it up by my phone number. He proceed to look it up and didn’t find it. He told me he can’t take the tool I borrowed back because I hade no receipt and no phone number on file. I told him I would not use another person number m, I don’t understand what’s going on. He asked me if I knew the person that helped me. I pointed the employee out and the employee said yes he gave me a number. Ivan G then became very conformational about the whole thing. I keep telling him why would I use someone’s else’s number for a deposit I have to pay. He then asked me do I remember what cash register it was that was used and the employee that helped me told him which register it was. Ivan was able to find my transaction. I asked him what number was used and he told me the number you have me.I then said see all that arguing with a customer. And the whole time the customer was right. I then told him arguing with a customer and giving a customer a hard time is not what a manager should do. He then said to me and I quote “It’s only a part time job why should I care. I then said your a horrible leader to say sometime that in front of customers and in front of your employees. He then once again said “it’s only a part time job you can report it I don’t care. This is a person that represents your brand and apparently doesn’t care how the brand is represented. I’m pretty sure that when he was promoted that was not the statement he made.I usually don’t take the time write reviews but in this case, what happened today was something I feel needed to be brought to your attention

This company doesn't care about its employees. If you speak up about harassment, they retaliate against you by not giving you hours. If you're a female being harassed by male employees, find another job because they will force you to quit by not giving you hours. Erica from HR is the worst example for women. She'll lie to you and say "don't feel like this is retaliation." But it is. You'll get "you are Guaranteed zero hours." Don't buy from this company because all you are doing is supporting their careless attitude towards their employees. And definitely don't speak up if you still need to work because they'll treat you like the criminal not the victim. Seek legal advice and sue them as we are looking into.

Went in to get a battery and cool and great employee helped me out with both getting me the battery and changing it for me. Thanks Liz and 10/10 would recommend if you want great customer service and kind people.

I would definitely recommend this place. I needed help with a headlight and had been putting it off because money was tight. I finally went in to see how much it would be and Oscar and Ivan saved the day. They both came out to help me and it turns out it was only a loose cable. What a blessing that I didn't have to pay to replace it. They are honest and helpful here and you don't find that very often. Thank you so much once again.
