Tony and his crew did such an amazing job. First of all, they were professional. They were upfront, detailed, and went above and beyond with their service. Secondly, they did great with my tesla, no complaints at all. It was unfortunate to need to get my car fixed but having Tony and his crew made that experience tolerable. I dont provde many reviews. But I just have to warn anyone who may think about using this conpany to work on their car.If you get in an accident. Please Do not take your car here for an inspection. This is my personal experience. I had taken my Tesla here for an estimate. These people tore my car completely apart. Provided zero communication about the process or any fees. Wrote up an insane estimate. Then, they held the car hostage while it was completely apart. They charged over we 300 dollars a day in storage fees. Insurance will only cover 150 max by state law. You will have to pay the balance out of pocket. Just a overall bad experience. I would never recommend this place to anyone no matter what. I'm sure they will take this review down. Think of the amount of work they do vs. Positive experiences. I see why they only have 18 positive experiences. I should have paid attention to that. I was just desperate to find a "Tesla Certified repair shop". What a joke that was.

Stephen did an excellent job getting my car fixed (like new!) and back on the road. He explained how things would work and ironed out some problems with my insurance company. They shuttled me to the car rental place. And, they have good snacks in the office!Services: Steering & suspension repair

I am very happy with my experience with Florencio and ACG. They're a certified Volvo repair center and I see why, my car looks brand new in the front where the damage happened?! There were some issues on my car insurance end but Florencio kept me updated through it all which I appreciated. I put some before and after photos, there were parts under the hood that aren't shown also fixed. The team at ACG was very thorough.

I had an amazing experience with ACG Ontario. From the beginning the communication was great, I was in communication with the Tesla specialist Florencio and he would update me twice a week and the turn around time was amazing! Had an unfortunate incident and I didn’t think my Model 3 would ever look the same but ACG made it look brand new!

Had my telsa repaired from an accident. After completing repairs and numerous delays they did not contact insurance to extend my rental as they told me they would. They are not providing the requested documents and getting them to call me back in impossible. DO NOT do business with these guys. I am out 6 days of car rental because of them.

I took my car here for damage after my car was hit. The body shop was GREAT! They kept me up to date with the progress and dealt with the insurance without me having to worry about it. Florencio even had my car delivered to my house which was very helpful. 10 out of 10 recommended!Services: Steering & suspension repair

ACG in Ontario gave me the best experience I’ve had in a bad situation. My model s was damaged and they did a great job on the car . They left it looking like new and updated me and told me every step of what they were doing and gonna do .
