Went to upgrade my WiFi 2 day ago with the manager & was told I had nothing to pay until the next bill & the next day my WiFi was cut off & I was told I had to pay $134 to reactivate my WiFi & had to argue with customer service until they decided to fix the issue on their end only when i threatened to cancel my service.

Do not recommend coming here. They will screw you over and pass the blame around. No one will take accountability for their mistakes. We took our I phones 14 pro max to be traded in, only to be informed that the manager and other agent in store that day not only did not trade in the phones but stole them. Now we are stuck with a bill over $500 per month. Went back to the store to bring up our concerns about the bill but nothing was fixed. Returned a month later with a bill of now $1000 . Was told by Shawn and Lauren that they contacted the district manager to fix the issue and we would receive credit for the phones that were stolen. We were also told that the district manager would contact us. No one has contacted us and nothing has been fixed. When we called the store again today Shawn answered and remembered who we were. He said he would get the manager but returned to inform us that she Lauren just got another customer. And we could wait on hold or get a call back. They never call back. He said he was busy and had another customer and said he was going to put us on hold. He hung up the phone. Hey ATT what are you doing about the fact that your employees are stealing from your customers and adding phone lines and leaving them with more phones to pay than what they purchased? Because it seems like you are doing nothing and don't care as long as you're making more money. If you are thinking about buying from AT&T , Don't Verizon and T-Mobile are better. AT&T will just screw you over and leave you without answers. At this point nothing is going to get done. I have a feeling I will have to file a lawsuit against AT&T and all the employees involved in this theft/ fraud. Oh and might I add that when confronted the employee who did the fraudulent trade in (Fabian) who is also a manager, he said that he didn't know what happened to the phones he makes to much money to be stealing phones. But proceeded to tell us to take these new phones and trade them in at spectrum. And just forget about the AT&T account that we could just move on to a different company but we would never be able to come back to AT&T. But that the bill would not affect our credit score. This is completely inaccurate. He did what AT&T seems to do best and push the issue onto someone else. Leaving us with an ever growing phone bill over twice the agreed upon amount now paying for 4 phones and 4 lines 2 of which we weren't even informed they would be adding on. Yet after this issue was escalated nothing was done. It has been over 2 1/2 months since the issue began and no one in this company seems to care that customer are being lied to, stolen from and having fraudulent transactions made on their accounts.UPDATE- now we are told that they will not return the stolen phones. But we are still expected to pay for them as well as the new lines. ATT your employees stole from us. Lied to our faces. Gave us false information. Assured us we would be paying no more than $250 / month and now you are saying you will not fix this and you will not take accountability for the actions of your employees and managers at that? We are expected to pay $500/ month for everything. How is this ok with you ATT why should anyone have any kind of trust in you or your company if this is the way you treat people who choose you as a provider. Where is the professionalism? You don't seem to have any.

I give it a zero.. if I could... I have been a at&t customers for years... but today I wish I wasn't. I walked in and as an employee if they had screen protectors/.he instead of talking he showed me I asked for price he rudely said look at back of package... he was tall skinny with glasses.. and when I gave him back the package and said thank you .. I turned to leave and he rudely told me.. GO TO 5 BELOW FOR CHEAP CASES.. yea what he didn't know was I was going to look for case for my phone but when he rudely made that comment I decided to leave.....is that the type of people AT@T HIRE.. ??

Just left the Ontario Mills AT&T location feeling light as a feather thanks to Lauren! She has truly been a silver lining in our entire experience with AT&T- no concern is too big or too small to bring to her, she always makes us feel valued and heard and ensures we come to a resolution that is best for both us and her company (which you can just tell she adores). We found her a couple of years ago in Montclair, searched for her in La Verne and just happened to reconnect by chance in Rancho. We heard she had moved to the mall and booked it right over. We love Lauren and will follow her to Timbuktu if need be! ❤️

Had to get there early to sign up for something before work and all the employees were shopping at Nike so I had to just leave without doing it. Terrible store, avoid at all costs

Customer service is the best. I took my iPhone to the Apple Store and they told me that the camera didn't work, which was the reason that no SIM available appeared on my screen. I decided to go to the Att store in the Ontario Mall Ray checked my phone replaced the sim and problem solved. Thank you guys so much!!

Avoid this store at all times especially a salesman of the name of Raymond i believe at this store. About a month ago, my cousin who is on my account as a authorized user. She goes in for a simple phone upgrade from a iphone 11 to a 14. Using the trade in program, fine easy enough yes correct? This is where we take responsibility because we werent looking closely or paying attention. The sales man Raymond adds a whole other phone line on the new iphone 14 (new iphones can carry dual sim or e-sim). Granted the salesman swindled us becuase we didnt find out later till we noticed that we were dialing from a new number. So instead of walking out with a new iphone with no other changes this saleman raymond add a whole new activated line. Later on we go back to the store (at the instruction of the att loyalty line) to de-activate it and we are giving the run around after triggering the buyers remore program that the loyalty program said to use (corporate ATT cant deactivate because this a franchise store so we have to go back to original store to undo everything). They wouldnt do it, the manger who was on duty even looked at the salesman raymond in a manner that was like "seriously you did this again". So now we are stuck with an extra line which has the payments of the new iphone so we deactivate it or have to pony up the 1k that the phone is worth to deactivate a line that we never wanted. And to top it off, they must have activated my account again because they added accessories that we never bought and now are stuck paying for because corporates cant do nothing about it and this store is all about committing fraud and practicing un-ethichal business methods. Any by reading other previous reviews it sounds like this is a common thing at this store and has not been addressed by corporate att or prime att who is the owner of this franchise store. AVOID THIS STORE GO TO A CORPORATE STORE

Thank God am not alone of having bad customer service there a man was just there to return a router for his internet and was upset that he was charged 150 dollars he mentioned about lies about the offer that was given to him well the guy took a picture of the router and the guy that he was not going to take it back and the customer agent said that he can't take it back without a boxWell here goes my story we went to make a payment cash and the agent credited another customer he called his lead or supervisor and this happened on 9/18/22 till this day I haven't seen nothing done to credit my account that made my account to be suspended my payment was not 20 dls it was 397 that till this day hasn't been credited so if your in this store make sure read twice that this DON'T HAPPEN TO ANYONE and att customer service is not helpful time to change service

My husband & I went in to upgrade his phone & I explicitly told the guy who helped us to NOT add insurance because we didn’t need it & don’t want to pay an extra $20 a month but he still added it once we left the store.

Mayranda was awesome, we were about to leave at&t. We walked in at she helped us out. We stayed as customers and bout new iphones! Great people in this store!

Myranda, who supposedly is a manager, gave us the worst customer support I have ever received. We were upgrading 3 phones and set to pay the sales tax but she gave me the wrong amount so I questioned her on it. She became agitated when I asked her to tabulate it again. She did but it was still wrong so I told her again. She then said You pay the tax that it says or I will cancel the transaction. I asked why are you having a problem when I am voicing a legitimate concern? She then kicked me out of the store and canceled the transaction. That is My Call, not hers. She was rude and unprofessional and a poor representative of your store. I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me. The worker with dreadlocks, who was playing on his phone the whole hour we were there also refused to give her name and said he would call security if I did don’t leave. He could have stepped in and defused the situation and completed our transaction but chose not to do so.Just a horrific experience. The funny thing is when we first started the transaction she was begging for us to give her a 5 for service.NOPE, zero stars for her and ATT!

Luis helped me alot in my att bill low the price in my bill also he assistant us very kind person also very honest with us however we can many time to see him help with our plans that i have with Att also att should have a very kind person like Luis im very happy with him thanks you so much im very appreciate with you Luis and Att company thanks you fir the help very happy for the help

We just spent an hour at the Ontario Mills store with Myranda who said she is the manager. We were upgrading 3 phones so it was a big sale. Everything went well until she told us the sales tax. The number she quoted did not make sense so I asked her to do it again and she started to get agitated. I asked her why she was getting upset and she said that if I didn't want to pay that then she would cancel the order. Basically she kicked us out of the store. I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me and said she would call Security if I didn't leave her store. Totally unprofessional and an embarrassment to ATT. She forgot that we already had her card It's funny because when we came in she was begging us to give her a 5 on her review. NOPEStraight zeroes. I have no idea what her problem was but she lost our business.
