Where do I begin??? All I have to say is that DEJA RAWLES at this store has been nothing but a gem since Day 1!! I went in to buy my boys apple watches in late October. Deja was happy to help. Not only did she help with my purchase, she saw my account and what a mess it was and saved me a huge amount of money. She went above and beyond to get everything straighten out and in one bill that was less than I was paying with 2 new devices.I had questions and some trouble shooting after that with other devices through November and December and Deja was there to walk me through it all with a smile. Always available to answer my questions and always returned my phone calls. I felt like I had my personal tech person.Deja definitely deserves recognition and a promotion!! She is amazing!!! AT&T is very lucky to have her to represent their company!!

When you go to the store ask for Holley! I had million questions about my account and my new iPhone and she kindly answered all of them! She’s super bubbly has a great personality and she knows what she’s doing, I’ll definitely go back to the store!

Came in last week to warranty a charging cable that stopped working. It had to be ordered so in the meantime, they made me BUY a loaner. Once my new one came in, they would not refund my loaner cable hahahaa trash place, trash phone service(5 mbps speeds when im two blocks away from their cell tower), trash company.

I want to say ATT as a whole is great, every time I go to this location it’s subpar service, however I came to the realization that this location has nothing but crooked employees that work there, they added a a dish service on my account stating it was free, I refused it and due the long wait time to get my daughters phone (16) I walked outside and in that time they gave her the phone, when she signed for it they added the dish which I initially refused, I kept getting fees for a service I didn’t approve, when I went in this location to cancel and ask for reimbursement they knew which employee it was and stated they were aware of this happening, the rep that was helping me and the manager stated I would need a couple days for them to figure it out, it’s been months, so needless to say, this location has a reputation for being thieves, and I’ll go to any other besides this one

Read your review about this store and disagree. I have been at the store 5 times now and all I want is my refund receipt to match the charge on my account twice. I can’t seem to get that from them. The charge is $68.37 and the refund is $58.50? This does not make sense to me? I will not be shopping at this store anymore.

This is the second time I've visited this location and each time I was met with outstanding customer service. The first time I went in it was to help my elderly father upgrade and reduce his bill. The service provided by Diary was so outstanding that after a less than favorable experience with Tmobile I went in again to see what AT&T could offer. Nathan helped me this time and provided the same top notch service I received prior. So after 22 years with sprint/Tmobile I switched to AT&T.

I refuse to even lie. I hate coming here I feel like I haven’t ever gotten help or it’s been packed and taken hours. My husband came in a few days ago to upgrade my phone and get my son and husband an Apple Watch. The young lady who helped us was AMAZING. She needs/deserves a raise. Her name is Deja and she was so sweet and funny and kind and patient. She knew everything there was to know as far as technology goes and devices. I was very impressed with her and how she helped us she was very knowledgeable and friendly. I feel she would make a great store manger. Please promote her and give her a raise. Seriously best experience I have ever encountered hands down.

Nathan was very helpful and very patient. We drove from the victiville store to ontario becuase victorville refused to help us. Thank you nathan we are now happy AT&T customers!
