There seems to be no support for products that stop working. The support doesnt seem to get it right either. The owandy cam doesnt work The new Einstein Lumica is the same with recurring issues. Day after day you can call support only to not get a call back. Tech is so rude.I have emailed the CEO several times with no response, Please dont waste your time or money here. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. They just want to keep charging you but cannot fix issues.

Poor customer service, as a matter of fact none for several month. I am unable to take x-rays because the company is unable to fix it. I would highly suggest not buying from them.

All our equipment purchases from them have been aces. Very much like the fact we generally find new products from them for our practice and retail business. Highly recommend them.

The owner is aloof, irresponsible and once the sale is made you are on your own. The owner Anish Patel is a professional liar and that is how he has managed to keep his company afloat by making grandiose promises just to get the sale done. The support is virtually non existent. I would not recommend doing business with this guy or his company.

absolutely the worst company in the world. They installed a driver for my camera incorrectly and after 2 days it stopped working. Then they wanted to charge me again!!!
