At 12:00pm on 2/25/24, I recently visited the store located at 2456 S Vineyard Ave, Ontario, CA 91761. My boyfriend stopped to charge his car and I wanted to buy a water, chips and candy, as well as use the restroom. I walked to the restroom but it was locked so I asked the lady at the register if I needed a key. In one of the most rude encounters of my life she said "It says for customers only" I told her I was planning on buying snacks but I needed to use the restroom. She then told me it was unavailable. The exchange was unnecessary and you should consider hiring people that are not rude, or discuss customer service with her. If I treated a customer that way, my boss would write me up. I left the store and walked across the street to Mobil where i bought several bottles of water, a dozen candy bars, sodas and chips. I will never come back to this location.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Stay away from this place unless you are okay with getting scammed. Was on my way home from la and decided to stop by for drinks got 4 drinks 2 Dasani that were 2 for 3.50 and 2 snapples that were 2 for 3.50. Guy at register said it would be $7.40 I paid him with $100.40 when I recieved my change I only got $92.00 so I questioned how much my total was and he asked how much I received I let him know I was missing $1 since it was only 7.40 and he said oh no it's 8.40 but declined to give me my receipt. Now imagine how many customers he does that to a day so disgusting

You can't put gas here anymore without being harassed by homeless for money. And just now on 9/11 I went and put 36 dollars gas used my debit card. I even got the receipt and I just got a call from my bank stating that 175 dollars was charged on my card at the same gas station. This gas station is getting more sketch
