TRIED Scam me out of money I just went there today.. June 20 at around 5:30 PM.. I gave this man a $20 bill to pay for a bag of flaming hot Cheetos that were $2.69. He hand me back three bills folded in half I get to my car. I realize this guy tried to give me three dollars. I go back to argue because he needs to give you the rest of my money back and then he tries to tell me that I bought gas. I’m like no and then then he tried to say that I had been gone for 15 minutes. No, he had barely finished, helping the person behind me. in no scenario should I have gotten three single bills back even if I had given HIM a five or a $10 bill buying SOMETHING FOR $2.69 ,bag of chips would not have gotten me three dollars back. Older gentleman that was Indian I was so upset. I didn’t even look at his name badge, but I will be filing a formal corporate complaint against him. He was trying not to give my money back until i told him that I would stay there and wait for somebody to look at the video footage and then he gave me money money back real quick. DON’T PAY CASH THERE BECAUSE OBVIOUSLY SOMEONE’S TRYING TO SKIM THE TOP AND YOU’RE PAYING FOR IT

The woman in the pink hair yelled at my friend and I because we were taking too long to buy something. I understand we shouldn’t have been standing around but the tone and words she used were completely unprofessional. She yelled at us while ringing up another costumer, which was completely ghetto. It’s embarrassing and disappointing to have that kind of person at the front of a business. Yelling across the store with that attitude was unnecessary, but maybe it was a bad day for her. Like I said earlier, her reasoning was valid, but tone and attitude was absolutely horrendous. Not the behavior people like to typically see.

I traditionally do not do reviews of gas stations but I do gotta warn people of the conduct experience to. Das an American Latino I speak both, but I used english on this particular. Attendant at the register who always gives me attitude for speaking english? Now I wouldn't just cry Wolf. This is very apparent and it's so sad because she really opens up. Just your basic customer service to Latin people of Spanish only but English-speaking. Get Stern stairs....
Customer service is king and especially when we're dealing with gas. Prices that are so inflated that it already is an uncomfortable situation to go and then get that kind of treatment. This place gets an f in. My book and they deserve it.

The cashier wouldn't take my $50 because she couldn't drop it for 5 more minutes. Then she said the strip in the bill was wrong.. she said fifty's don't have the strip. What?

NOT 24 hours THAT IS A CLEAR LIE AND NEED TO GET THEIR MANAGEMENT ON THE SANE PAGE.
Every single night they’re are closed due to a “shift change” for 30 minutes or more, and so happens to be every time I try to come in.
It took 4-5 times before o posted this but clearly their management is not on the same page. Don’t post “open 24 hours” if you’re not truly 24 hours. They need to include their shift change.
Too many times this has come up where I couldn’t get gas, snack, or essentials. I’m over it and management needs to step up.

I drive pass a couple gas stations and liquor store but there's no one that has customer service on point like Andrew. Only reason I keep going back

As an overnight worker I stop at tons of gas station, 7-11s and convenience stores for drinks, snacks, gas and sometimes to use the bathroom. I understand that gas stations get lots of rude and shady people late at night, but the cashier, Andrew, was super polite, respectful, and kind to me and the other customers. Excellent customer service and positive attitude made the entire stop better.

i was walking into the store hoping they had a public restroom. i met this very kind cashier Andrew who was more than happy to direct me to the restroom. he was very friendly during check out and even asked follow up questions if we also needed gas for our visit today. his customer service was beyond exceptional and deserves all the credit in the world for keeping a lifted spirit even during a graveyard shift. he made our ride back from our road trip a better experience. if anyone deserves a raise, it's Andrew!
