Just went shopping here in Ontario mills. Was having a good experience up until the end when I was about to make my purchase. I was at the jewelry section and was playing with the necklaces and a lady came up to me and abruptly said “they get tangled if you do that so please stop.” With a mean face and just walked away. I asked for the name of the associate at the cashier and they told me they don’t give out names as a law. However, if you go into the fitting room they ask your name. Kinda hypocritical, but I guess they’re trying to make it a personal experience which is fine. Well since I don’t have the name I’m going to describe her, short, glasses, possible African American descent. She may be the manager because she was giving manager power tripping vibes and her picture does look like the Vicki Crump I saw on LinkedIn. Embarrassing behavior. I’m writing this so management can identify her. She could have said it nicely or just let it go because there was only 2 other people in the store. I always pass by and Ann Taylor is always a quiet not much shopping in location. I feel bad for anyone working under her.

We shopped here about a few trips back before Thanksgiving/2022. I was browsing their business casual section for work. We ended up buying a business casual top that came out to be less than $25. This line Is definitely cheaper than Kate Spade but some times I gotta splurge. So, Not bad. We will be back. Sales ladies were helpful but not pushy unlike DKNY. Check out line wasn't that long at all and gracefully moved along. I also like browsing through their mannequins because they were all dressed in their newest designs.

The Employee's are Very helpful and nice the store is clean and easy to shop at because all the clothes are nicely in order by size this is the BEST STORE to shop at!!! I ❤️ Ann Taylor Factory at the Ontario Mills Mall

The staff was helpful and friendly. The attendants actually walked with me to the racks and helped me pick the size and style I was looking for. Vicky and another sales associate at the store were so helpful putting an outfit together for a wedding with accessories and all. Everyone at the store was amazing!

This is one of my favorite stores! I love dropping by to see what's on sale because the quality of their clothes is good and they last long. Plus, most of the clothes are so pretty and comfortable to wear for work or special occasions. I was able to find something special for Thanksgiving which I'm looking forward to. Store is clean. Employees are always friendly and helpful.

Store opened at 11am but fitting rooms until 11:30 because they were vacuuming. Asked about using a coupon i received they immediately said it was not valid. I explained why it was then she says “its expired” i had to enlarge the screen and show her it wasn't. She and the other lady had no clue what this coupon was for and how to use it. Great clothes but workers need to be more informed and friendlier.
