I have reduced by one star because they are not reliable on custom medication availability. I was told our medication would be ready to pick up when my fur baby went in for his checkup. It was not. I do not live close to the office. I do not like that i have to make a extra trip to get his meds.

The doctor took time to explain the condition, treatment plan and make recommendations regarding work up. The staff are friendly and help explain the medication in an easy to understand manner. I appreciate having access to the expert care for my dog.

We took our dog here to address an ear issue. The staff was friendly and professional. The doctor who examined our pooch was thorough and provided us with a detailed report. It wasn't cheap but worth getting answers about our dog's condition.

This place charges almost $300 for a consultation to see a regular Vet (DVM). Company does not have doctors with advanced training in dermatology. Pricing for specific tests can't be given prior to booking an appointment. Look at their doctors on their website. Regular veterinarians pretending to be specialists.

The receptionist named Paul wouldn't even let me make an appointment. He told me all vet records will need to be received before he would even look at their schedule. I found another Veterinarian. Very poor customer service unfortunately.

Expensive but worth it! My vet visit here ended up being about 800$, but after two other failed vet visits ranging from 300-600$ each, this was worth it. This place is a specialized vet for a reason! Their treatment plan for my dog's allergy-induced fur loss is actually working!

This place has been a blessing for my dog. However, it is extremely expensive. I would hope that they could do something to bring down the cost such as not jacking up the prices of things you can get on Amazon for much less. Or perhaps they can just tell you to buy it on Amazon rather than buying it at their inflated cost

Service is great and they are very caring in handling Dash. Dr Mendelsohn doesn’t seem rushed when we talk and is open to any questions I might have.
