Tried to buy a lotto ticket here today, the cashier refused to sell me a lotto ticket. When i asked to use the bathroom, the cashier said it was out of order as i was totaling up my order. I cancelled my order and went elsewhere. Why are the bathrooms out of order everywhere in ontario?

I always pump gas here after work. Tried to pay with $100 today, and got denied. Ridiculous that they’d accuse me of using counterfeit money when I stop by everyday

I would give zero stars if I had the opportunity but I had an interview set up with the manager Cynthia for 11:30 AM and when I arrived I was told by other employees that she didn’t even show up for work that day so basically I made the trip from Moreno Valley all the way to Ontario for an interview for a job at the manager. Didn’t think it was important enough to show up for or even give me a call to let me know that we can reschedule, not to mention the fact that I have a job that I had to be at at 1 o’clock that I might be late getting back to or the fact that I burnt gas on a round-trip coming up here for nothing and the fact of the manager couldn’t even respect my time to let me know

This Arco is conveniently located near the freeway. Contrary to other reviewers, the number of pumps is actually pretty high compared to similarly located Arcos at least in other areas. When I gas up mid day on weekdays I have not had trouble getting a pump like some other reviewers complained. Further, and contrary to other reviewers, and similar to other Arco's the cashiers here have been polite enough when I just buy gas. Like other Arcos it is actually some of the customers who are not nice. They will fight for you for the pumps they want and dangerously cut you off. This may be due in part to the fact that their pumps do not extend like at other locations and so you need to get the pump that is on the side of your car with the gas cap. Of course that is no excuse for some people's behavior, just a possible reason and something to keep in mind when filling up here. Additionally, and like many other Arcos, there is usually at least one homeless person lurking near the pumps, but none have aggressively approached me at this location so far as they do at other places. Based on other customer's reviews, I would recommend not making purchases here other than gas in order to avoid problems with the cashier. There is a Target right near by and you can get the same items there for a cheaper price. So save yourself the potential hassel at Arco and just get gas here and get items at Target.

I was there yesterday putting gas. Paid with my debit card went to to pump and I realized I was pumping the wrong octane for my vehicle so I hung it up went inside ask them to put the remaining balance back on the same pump and they proceeded to charge me $55 again then $1.89 and then there's another charge for $3.19 ! I only use this card for gas I transfer what amount I'm going to use and that's it so now my card is overdrafted every time I call this place I get a rude response or I get hung up on the two people working yesterday very unprofessional very rude Darren African-American Very rude and the female Hispanic didn't get her name because she was wearing street clothes with no name tag then I was told to leave that I have to come back and figure it out on my own. I don't live in Ontario California so I'm just not gonna drive back because you guys don't comprehend math, I'd appreciate if the owner of the store gives me a call because every time I call your store I get an attitude and hung up on!

I go to this Arco at least twice a week and everyone is pretty helpful, but the person that goes above & beyond and ALWAYS no matter how busy she takes her time when helping Connie starts off my morning in a good way, with my cup of coffee and Connie's great personality how can you not have a good day. Shout out to the crew & a little louder for Connie. PS. I am not a relative lol

So in total there are about 12 gas pumps, which is tiny for a Arco that is right off the freeway. If you go in the middle of the day the chances of you waiting to find an open pump is pretty high. If you go inside the AM/PM expect to be waiting in line once again as there are usually 2 cashiers in the back just talking and laughing while there is one operating the registers. Moreover, the chances of you being greeted or having them be nice to you is pretty slim. I had to run into here to grab some quick drinks before heading to work, and just overall left with a bad taste in my mouth.

Young cashier lady was rude and disrespectful. She wouldnt take some of the coins I had because she said they had "wax" on them and she couldnt give them to other customers. These coins came out of my cup holder, and you have gloves on! Rinse them off if it matters to you so much, hell I wouldve rinsed them off if it made you feel better. But to refuse is such a dismissive manner was disrespectful and unacceptable. Lazy kids...

This AMPM is a complete joke I worked there for 2 days and the manager only wanted to pay me for one she's literally giving me the runaround for a day's paycheck I call her I text her I email her she isn't responding her name is Jennifer she is the manager there and she is horrible she doesn't call me back she doesn't let me know what's going on very bad management there no customer service skills don't ever try to get a job there look at how she treats her employees obviously that's a horrible place to work that is why I quit. Now you know why they're employees there are not so pleasant because look at how the management is there is none This location sucks

Came here to FILL UP MY GAS TANK. Cashier claimed to not have change so ended up getting enough gas to get to next gas station but when she opened her drawer to get my change there was PLENTY OF CASH TO BREAK MY BILL!!! I guess she hates white people.
