One issue was that it took way too long. I honestly think that was because of AAA. But Rial made up for it with the service. Calm, cool, and collected. Great conversation. He drove a long way and I appreciated that. Great driver.

Dispatcher sucks completely stupid been waiting for a tow truck since 8 got 3 updates then 8 minutes before my tow is scheduled to arrive I get a call from dispatch asking if I still need a tow she notices I've been waiting since 8 and was curious if I still needed a tow I asked did you tow truck tow me yet she said that's why I'm asking I replied well what do you think she goes oh ok do you want me to dispatch a truck to you um again what do you think so now I'm waiting another hour and a half.

Update: they attempted to make things right and offered to compensate my sister more then half of the stolen property. Thank you to the deputy that helped with the follow up and the case. It makes me feel happy with Ontario PD doing the right thing. They still owe my sister $900 but we felt heard and like justice was served for something that took place almost a year ago this April. Thank you to the owners who decided to act correctly as a business will always be successful when good practices take place.

If this review was solely based on the first tow truck driver, this would be five star. But he couldn't tow my wife's car due to the car being locked in park. So he requested a tow truck with dollies. The second tow truck driver that showed up was very very upset upon arriving. His first words out of his mouth was I can't tow this car. I then asked him what am I gonna do? He said get the mechanic to work on it from the shop that I was parked in. I told him he did not work on Volkswagens, but he kept on insisting that he worked on it. I asked him over and over to tow it to the Volkswagen dealership. He refused, and was very upset. Again, I asked him to just tow it to the dealership. I told him I saw the dollies on his truck that were needed. He reluctantly put the dollies on my wife's car. And he started to raise his voice at me. I called his dispatch to let them know what was going on. I even held my phone up and told the dispatcher can you hear him he said yes and said just tell him to tow the car. The tow truck driver, then began to make fun of me in Spanish what he did not realize was I spoke fluent Spanish, and spoke to him in Spanish, and he continued to make fun of me, calling me crybaby in Spanish. He refused to take me to the dealership and the tow truck driver refused to take the keys to the car to the dealership. I called the company again. The dispatcher said he would pass this on to the manager and he would call me. I never received a phone call.

Just saw one of your workers on my street open his door, throw out his trash and then drive off. Not a great look for your company. Please have your driver's do better.

On Friday 01/05/24, I locked my keys inside my car while at work & I called AAA for lockout support. It was 5:20 a.m & I forgot the technicians name, a friendly Hispanic gentlemen, and he arrived in about 30 minutes. He opened my car in less than 5 minutes which was impressive. Thankful for this service!

I had a fantastic experience with Airport Mobil Towing, especially with Rick's exceptional assistance. On a Friday night, I encountered a flat tire, and Rick went above and beyond. He not only drove me to a nearby tire shop but stayed until they ensured my issue was resolved. I felt incredibly safe and protected throughout the entire process. Kudos to Rick and the team for their outstanding service!

Wow I don't even know where to start! My car wouldn't turn on so we called AAA and we were dispatched Arturo, we were so frustrated and Arturo went above and beyond for us! He stayed with us helping jump the battery and eventually towed it for us! I haven't had someone go above and beyond like that for a long time! He was so knowledgeable and helped us figure out what the problem was with the car and made sure we were taken care of. 1000000/10 recommend this company simply because someone like Arturo works there! Thank you again we can never thank you enough for your outstanding service and going above and beyond what you even had to do.

I had my car tow removed from a stuck location to which I thought would be impossible for normal towing trucks. I am nothing but awestruck by the commitment, persistence, and dedication these guys went through to not only help move my car but also reassured me every step of the way. I was in a terrible mental state, but Rick comforted me and offered me water. Ahmed later came and with the leadership of their manager, Luis, they tackled this unconventional situation miraculously and perfectly. My car was not damaged by their tow what so ever. Constantly seen this trucks at the gas station just stoped on the pump blocking, they are not filling up gas, they are just blocking!!! Sometimes just one truck sometimes a multiple trucks and guys just talking, not even pulling to the front pump but blocking the first!! (CNG gas station in Azusa)
