So, this outlet location IS OPEN. I went in 4/24/24. The items in the back marked clearance (which were 50% off) are from actual normal A & F stores, per associate. All other items are made for outlet.
Associates were friendly, greeted me, and were available (unusual at other local A & F stores) for me. I really wanted 1 ultra high rise ankle jean, which is an outlet item per associate, but NO discount. So the price was $90! You have got to be kidding me. Why would an outlet item be the same price as a regular store item? Makes no sense, especially when I can buy this from Poshmark, new with tags for half the price.

Went today. It’s not even Black Friday yet so it’s not super packed however the employees were acting like it was so busy. I usually always online shop but I always end up having to return stuff and today I decide to go in and try stuff on before buying especially since A&F can be pricey. I was sad to hear the employees complaining about having to put the stuff we try on back out on the floor. If I wasn’t already intimidated about going in store now I am even more dis influenced from shopping in store and online. As a heavier person it’s already hard enough to shop for jeans and this made me really sad. I could overhear the employees complaining while I was trying stuff on in the rooms. :( will not be back.

9/25 was the last night of my trip, we chose to shop at Ontario Mills.We were so excited when we saw A&F, however, the shopping experience was so awful, the girls were super rude and disrespectful, especially the chubby one. I even felt racist.We shop a lot during the whole trip and the girl was the worst one. The attitude the look on her face is like telling everyone that she doesn’t welcome costumers. She should totally be fired!

Especially the service at the paying time.
The lady with no professional service skills and no patience to the customers.
New account without American phone number…My friend can get the discount at the same time! But the lady doesn’t know and doesn’t want to give any discount to me. It’s really bad feeling at the moment.
Please strengthen the training of the lady.

I give this store a negative 5 stars, Me and wife entered the store at 8:15 Pm on Saturday and for whatever reason store employees would not allow us to use the fitting rooms. Everyone else was able to try on clothes because they entered the store prior to 8 we were told, however that was not the case.Welcome to 2023 customer service is a thing of the past!

7:30pm they closed at 8pm and they told me the fitting rooms were closed for the night I went in specifically for the curve jeans had 4 pairs to try on and they said no! Annoyed that I even stopped by the girls were rude no customer service!

When asked a salesperson for help, she rolled her eyes and went and grabbed whatever pants in the size I asked her for. ? Good customer service is a hard talent to find now in days.
