This place is very clean . Has the best price in town. My aunt has a storage here and she loves the services that she got the lady that was helping her was Mary she was very nice and caring. I highly recommend this storage .

I have a sister who has a storage with you guys and I’ve been struggling to find a good storage place with good prices and no hidden fees and my sister recommended I come here so 3 weeks ago I came here and I was blown away at the prices and the customer service! Mary is such a sweet lady bless her heart she helped me with everything and Rachel was so helpful as well. I love making my payments in person just so I can see these two and have a conversation. I would most definitely tell my friend and family. If you’re looking for a storage unit All American is your place!!!!

Was looking for boxes and a supplies to help move . Came across this very unique storage place , I’m used to public storage . So over priced boxes , over priced tape , rude customer service , can’t answer any of my questions with out looking at me like I can’t comprehend anything . So I decided to give AAA a little glance wanted to see what they were about . I met the most heart warming , sweetest lady yet Mrs.Mary , very sweet lady . She answered all my questions with out and hesitation, didn’t even look at me like I was crazy , had this amazing smile on like she was very eager and happy to answer any questions i through at her . The prices here were unbeatable . The customer service here was in undeniable. Then I wanted a tour just to see if stuff will be safe and secure , Ms.Rachel gave me a lovely tour of safe secure and very clean environment . I came out with a new storage unit , and I might say maybe some new friends to come and have a little chat with when I come pay for my unit . This lady’s made my moving experience much better and much cheaper than it would have been at Public Storage . AAA you get a 5 Stars with me !

I CAN NOT BEGIN TO TELL YOU , where do I start. First off the two lady’s in the front Mary and Rachel … BY FAR THE BEST customer service I have ever received. I usto have a storage with another company and they were always giving me problems but since I switched a year ago to AAA All American self storage it has been a breeze. If your looking for a switch come to AAA allAmerican self storage these lady’s are the best!!

I recommend AAA All American Self Storage in Ontario for all your storage needs! Rachel and Mary are very professional, kind, caring, and will go above and beyond to help out their customers. Their storge rates are very affordable compared to the other facilities near by. I think it would be wise to choose AAA!

My grandma Juanita has been renting a unit there for over 4 yrs.. Great prices, friendly courteous service. She likes Rachel and Mary who work in the office. And also likes that Mary speaks Spanish, since my mom only speaks Spanish. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a storage unit. And people who treat you like family.

Not even one star worthy. The window says open but when I came to the door it was locked and some random lady would only talk to me through the mail slot asked what I was there for. I said I'd like some pricing she then said I'll write them down for you. All while on a phone call and through the door
