I went in looking for a new bedroom set, but instead I left feeling very disappointed, the employee that helped me was very rude, constantly rolling her eyes and looking at her phone. It's your job to answer any questions customers may have...you need to find better employees because yari was the worst.

Eddie cruz is a thief I purchased a recliner online from City furniture usa in Cathedral city ca and have paid invoice But that store says they have no record of my order so I take down where my payment went to and have proof with statement that he received my payment but he said there is nothing I can do about it but watch and learn until I receive my $279.00 back what I do I will be showing up at you're storefront warning people not to buy from a thief and will show my proof and I'm contacting a newspaper I will run a ad warning people about you and your shady dealings you will give me my money you stole

Their furniture is not of good quality. I purchased a dresser and when I got it home the drawers don't open up easily. They asked me to bring it back so they can fix it, but it's too heavy to be moving it around and they won't come fix it.

Great prices, customer service, and quality couches. We were driving down Holt looking for a furniture spot, place use to be filled. A ideal was more than ideal, but everything we could have hoped for. Bought a great couch, Eddie and Maria were extremely helpful!
