This 7-Eleven is considered a very nice and clean location, often preferred over others. It is consistently in stock. The workers are always nice, greeting customers when they walk in and offering a courteous welcome. One employee in particular is noted for being polite and addressing customers respectfully. This courtesy is appreciated. The staff are recognized as customer service oriented, often seen cleaning up outside or staying busy inside when there are no customers, which is seen as a good sign. The gas station is very close to the rental car facility at Ontario airport, making it a good place to stop for gas before returning rental cars. It is just a few minutes drive from the 10 and 60 freeways. The gas is Shell and prices are consistent with the area. Sometimes, a credit card doesn’t work on the fuel pump, requiring a trip inside to pay. The food is consistent, cheap, and decent to good tasting, meeting expectations for 7-Eleven. Customers report getting the same few food items and a Big Gulp reliably. It is not expected to be gourmet, and it has not failed to satisfy.
