I don't know what's going on with this place, but it smelled terrible inside,they didn't have the right size lids for the fountain drink cups. Cashier hardly acknowledged the people in line, was trying to put my number in for the rewards, so the attendant had backtrack on the screen. Once I had my humber in I was trying g to redeem $1 discount but wasn't able to because the attendant skipped it, so I just proceeded to pay, but left very unsatisfied. Y'all need to either hire better help or train your employees better, hire more too so you can try and keep your store clean.

Husband tried to use his points for a free Big gulp, but sodas were flat and little syrup. Husband lost his points and Karan told him that he could have gone to a different store for better soda.

Rude service pizza its cold make sure you ask for your receipt to make sure what they charge for I ask for the special of 2 slices of pizza and the drinkThe guy charge me separate and it cost more not recommended

Ive lived here in Ontario for about 3 years 1/2. This 7-Eleven is down the street from me, D st, and I usually walk by it to go to the gym. I always have my friends going there if I throw a party, and sometimes I order from using DoorDash. I don't understand why it has such a bad rating because there's nothing wrong with this location. They're always so nice to everyone and it has been getting busy. Its a hidden gem, but somehow people are finding out more about it. Lol what I do wish is that they had liquor in this one but I don't know if that's just a city rule preventing it, because I know the one in Chino has liquor. Other than that they always have everything I need or what my friends need beer, seltzer, wine, blunt wraps, cigs, phone charger, scratchers , APPLE PAY. Etc
