I tried to buy door dash credits and the cashier wouldn’t let me.My friend and I wanted $400 on the card and he told us it was a $100 limit after 9pm.We decided to only get $200 between the two of us. When I told him that we’d do two transactions between us, he responded by saying, “I’ve seen you in here before, so I can do it for you, but I can’t do it for him (pointing to my friend).”That made no sense to me. He said this, right after telling my friend that it was a $100 limit.To summarize, we were told that there was a purchase limit of $100. When we tried to split up a purchase of $200, the clerk refused. This clerk has been rude to me before, but this was ridiculous.

One of the guy's that works at night always gives me the wrong cigarettes and I feel it is deliberate unless I’m wrong. But it’s aggravating when it keeps happening.

Went there to get coffee, when it's usually busy in the morning, not a single soul in the store except store except for the cashier, disappointment as soon as I got to the coffee counter, no creamer variety and only regular sugar and coffee was already cold.

They were out of Diet Coke on the fountain station, so I grabbed a bottle, but took the ice and the cup. Register guy tried to charge me a dollar for the ice even though they were out of diet Coke at the fountain station

I don't know what the point of a 7/11 is anymore this is like the 3rd one I've been to late at night and the doors are chained shut with a hand written closed sign. Disappointing everytime.

I just went went in there to purchase something and the clerk behind the desk had the nerve to charge me for those coffee creamers that most 7-11 give away for free $0.25 for each one. Someone been shortening out the register here if they’re that bad off to charge for creamer.
