All paper towel dispensers completely empty, nothing to clean machines with. Absolutely disgusting, unacceptable for a gym.

I went to this location today, being I was visiting my parents. This 24hr used to be my home gym 10 years ago so I was excited to come back and workout where it all first started.My first complaint, I signed up for the 3day pass since I was just visiting for the day, when the associate who helped me out, said I couldn’t use the 3day pass because it’s only for locals… it didn’t make sense to me since I registered for the pass online & there wasn’t anything mentioning that on the website. He did say I can use the gym for today so I let it go, then.My 2nd complaint, I decided to record my workout since I was feeling really good about my lifts, when I was mid set the General Manager came up to me and told me that I couldn’t record in this gym. I asked him why and he said it is a “private gym” and I said okay and put away my camera. However, 24 hrs is not a private gym & there were no signs posted about photography/recording, other than the one sign in the locker rooms that specifically states “ …In the locker room…”I finished my workout nonetheless, however I found that super weird as I was minding my business & the gym wasn’t busy at all. There were two of us on a squat rack out of 6 racks. So it’s not like someone was waiting for me to finish up.

Resigned my membership after spoke with the friendly team and manager Raymond here. Super friendly and understanding team knows what I need and will need in this very moment. Helped me, my family and all for a very very fair price. I LOVE IT. Thanks.

These are guys are liars! I was told I would not have a contract if I pay a year in full. Fast forward 3 years... I get charged $299.99 on my account for an annual membership without my approval. I don't even live in California for over 2 years.

Earlier today, I went this facility and noticed that the manager Raymond was yelling at a young female. It got to the point where the manager Raymond followed the young female into the female restroom and decided to yell at her. This is disgusting behavior and this is reason why females do not feel safe.

3.5/5I was so excited to see that my insurance covered 24hr fitness! Decided to sign up at this location because it was down the street but I also have access to all the 24hr locations across the country. Initially, it was a bit complicated, Dominic signed us (partner and I) up, the next day we waited for an email and the system showed we didn’t sign up but were past members. Jessica was kind and happy to help us out. Really great, trying to up sale us with personal training.But the down side about this gym is how busy it gets, especially in the a.m and after 2pm pushing 3ish. It gets so busy, it can be overwhelming for some, hard-to-find machines to use because they are clearly occupied. The cliques are a bit too much, like why are you still at that machine 20 mins later? Also, members here aren’t very good at putting away equipment, re-racking weights, wiping down after use, restroom dirty (maybe implement the sign that the Chino location uses), co-ed sauna is gross, just a bit inconsistent for me.I would suggest getting a 7 day pass and giving them a try, don’t feel overwhelmed joining a gym, there is one at every corner, Planet Fitness, Fitness 19, Blink, Anytime Fitness etcI plan to only use my membership getting laps in the pool or playing racquetball.ATTENTION – SEEKING RACQUETBALL PARTNER – DM ME! Wish I can leave a better comment but I come here and it’s been awful. The ladies restrooms have been filthy dirty .I try to give it the benefit of the doubt maybe the next day I’ll be clean but no it just keeps getting worst .

Easiest job in the world. Come in open the door and sit down and watch videos. They can't even arrive in time to open the doors. 0610 on a Saturday and doors are closed!

Came to cancel my membership. I waited for 45 mins. The manager took 2 separate people before me to sign them up. I ended up having to leave and got nothing accomplished.
