Beautiful, welcoming studio located at a world class ski resort. The main practice room is very spacious and has stunning views of the surrounding mountains. There are experienced and engaging teachers for a variety of styles - from restorative and yin to more athletic flow classes and even aerial yoga. I had the pleasure of taking a 200 hr teacher training here and it was an exceptional experience. A wonderful place for trainings, immersions, workshops, weekly classes, or to just drop in while you are on a Tahoe vacation!

Amazing yoga studio with wonderful variety of therapeutic yoga classes. Love the instructors here, the studio itself, the energy! Overall one of the best places I’ve practiced.

Beautiful, cozy space with a gorgeous view and the most amazing staff! I’ve been traveling from LA to Tahoe over the last few months to complete a 200 hour yoga teacher training here at Palisades; the studio and community make the trips absolutely worth it. Wish I was a local so I could be a regular here!

I've spent a lot of time at Palisades Yoga completing my 200 hour yoga teacher training. The teachers and staff are highly skilled, caring, and inspiring. The space is beautiful, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared with ample yoga props. Lastly, the community that gathers here is warm and welcoming. I highly recommend Palisades Yoga for anyone considering yoga teacher training, and also for their yoga classes.

I only have time to practice on the weekends. I thought I would have to miss this weekend until I found Palisades Yoga. As a drop in visitor I found the registration process to be efficient even with the large number of folks that showed up Sunday morning for Meghan's session. The studio is very inviting and I couldn't have felt more relaxed in this environment. I found my focus gazing out the windows at the aspens wisping in the wind. A lot of light poured onto the comfortable wood floors and the climate was perfect. I've been practicing yoga for some time now. Meghan is one of the top yogis I've had the privilege to practice with. She understands her audience ranging from beginners to the well initiated. I found her routine to be challenging yet focused on the basics. My favorite level up was when she said to smile. Everything is better when smiling. Thanks Meghan for a perfect start to my day!

Wanderlust Yoga is a super cute studio that has just the nicest people working there. It's really easy to book in advance and you can pay when you're there before your class. It's really conveniently located in Squaw Village and was a fun way to break up the day if you're not skiing. I took a HIIT class with Lucas which had a yoga/pilates feel to it that I enjoyed.

Not enough classes. They have like three classes a day and one is blocked out for local ski bums. Place is clean and has rental included with price.

I'm 43 years old and have NEVER taken a yoga class. I'm not super flexible, my posture is not where it needs to be, and my core needs to be strengthened. It's been on my mind to attend a class for several years now and this week I finally have. Yoga is intimidating for a first timer and I always found excuses not to go. I finally became friends with a co worker who also teaches yoga. Chris finally encouraged me enough that I signed up for his noon class on Monday. The girl at the front desk was incredibly sweet and kind, the place was clean and organized as well. Chris took us outdoors for his class which ran just over an hour. He has tremendous presence when teaching and our class had all levels of which he did a tremendous job of addressing advanced students while also making me feel extremely welcome and comfortable. I HIGHLY encourage anyone even slightly considering a yoga class to book one of the classes taught by Chris Seega. It will be a decision you will be happy you made!
