Trenton and Dameion are amazing staff members. Assisted me and my family with everything we needed to go skydiving!

Customer Service was terrible, rude employees. I frequently shop from Patagonia online and other store locations its always been a great experience, this store was the opposite.

Walked in and with 3(Three) employees standing behind the register, NOT one opened their mouth and acknowledged me or my family, after 10 min they continued to ignore. Absolutely Worst!!!!!

Fake Patagonia store. While this store does sell real Patagonia products it is not a real/official Patagonia store. You can check this yourself by using Patagonia's store locator. I tried returning some pants I wore for a few hours with the receipt, but because I had removed the tags I was told I couldn't (ridiculous as Patagonia's customer service is legendary). Went to an actual Patagonia store to trade my pants in for Worn Wear credit and they asked where I had got them, when I explained I bought them here and had worn them once, they told me what was up. The real Patagonia store then gave me full refund in store credit without even asking. If you're gonna act like you are a real Patagonia store then act like it.

I’ve never experienced rude people at a Patagonia store before this one. I will not be returning to this location.

It’s convenient to have a Patagonia store in the Tahoe area, otherwise I’d have to drive another 30 minutes to the main store in Reno. That said the hours for this store are weird. They are actually closed on Thursday and Fridays now. The staff I encountered (2 men) don’t acknowledge you when you enter, do not ask if you need help, and do not offer any type of assistance when I was in the dressing room. Turns out this Patagonia store is owned by Squaw Ski Resort and maybe they don’t train staff in customer service. The prices for products are no different than on Patagonia’s website and there are some things on sale presently ( last season ski gear, summer items), but I was charged a Civic Fee of $4. What is this? This was on top of the 7.25% sales tax. Next time I’ll just go to Reno store or go online to order items.

In itself its just another Patagonia store but it's good to have it where its probably most needed. You pay for the convenience as expected - you can find most stuff at much lower prices if you plan in advance.

It's a little too expensive for me but I like it.
