Beautiful setting with a nice view of the mountains and lake. But the food was pretty disappointing - fries were chewy and tasted like old oil, the squash salad came very late was really tiny, and the chicken sandwich was decent.

Wait times are ridiculous. Been waiting for food for 1 hour. Do you want us to ski or what. THIS MANAGEMENT AT THIS RESORT IS THE WORST

Great views from the top. Olympic museum was neat, but the restaurant itself was closed. Only food/drink available was at the grab and go market.

Amazing gondola ride up to 8200 ft elevation. I'm shocked at the lack of accessible areas at High Camp– accessible restrooms are available at High Camp...but the rest of it has stairs. Don't pay $29 when you're stuck seeing about a tenth of this attraction.

We took the aerial tram up to have lunch after skiing for a few hours. You can also ski into the building where the bistro is, by the way! We chose seared salmon, cauliflower sandwich and fried fish tacos and were very pleased by its taste and presentation. Our server Michael was very friendly and attentive and refilled our water glasses frequently. The music was too loud and too intrusive and taking attention away from the beautiful, stunning and sun-bathed views.

For lunch on the mountain at Squaw, there might not be any better views than from High Camp and The Granite Bistro is a good place to enjoy them. The first thing you notice as you enter High Camp is that the facility is looking a bit dated. When we entered the bistro, it was obvious that they had tried a quick and inexpensive remodel that falls a bit short. On the other hand the food was pretty good. My Buffalo Cauliflower was very good and my wife’s salad was fresh and crisp. There is a full bar and a modest wine list. Service was okay but the waitress missed a few things. Prices are on the high side but considering the location and that it is sit down and not cafeteria, this was to be expected.

Great views from the bar! We could feel the sunshine coming thru all the windows! You can watch the snowboarders and skiers from up there and ski back down!

When we rode the gondola to the top and got off, we took in the gorgeous view and got a nice lunch. I had a salad, my husband had a burger, and we both had ice tea. It was good, but IT A WAS PRICEY LUNCH($60 with tip). I loved that dogs are welcome in the outdoor dining area and the servers frequently refill the water bowls for the fur babies.

It’s pricey. I’ve had better food for less. Our waiter was rather disinterested, wandering off in the middle of our order. She also didn’t seem to have a good grasp of what the food is like, offering to “upgrade” my fish taco with avocado. I asked her if the dish needed it and she had no answer, beyond that she was supposed to offer. I accepted, YOLO. On the plus side, when I flagged her down across the room for a refill, the drink appeared without fuss. This was the refill that I wasn’t able to order earlier... The fish taco came on flour tortillas. Who does that? Otherwise it was quite tasty, with a decent combination of flavors. Just rather ordinary. For $17. I’ve had better from a food truck for $3.50. My companion ordered the bistro salad with salmon. It wasn’t very big — for a pricey salad. The chunk of salmon was generous but nothing special. The salad had a nice mixture of things, but just protein and greens does not a meal make. No bread on the table! So I’m clearly being charged an extra $30-$49 for the view.

9/2/18Very rude waiting staff! Other than the gorgeous surrounding views, do not give this restaurant your business. The staff is horrible at greeting guests and having basic courtesy.
