I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed in my 711 experience. Today is known for giving out FREE slurpees and we decided to go in. The manger continued to act as if he didn’t speak English and told us that the machines didn’t work and that they had no small cups left for free slurpees. I am so upset.

today is seven eleven and it is known that the store gives out free slurpees on this day. We walked in and saw signs advertising free slurpees and were so excited because it was extremely hot out. When we went to get our drinks the machine was not turned on and there were no size small cups. We were unable to get our drinks because of this. How shady! How cheap! This is seven 11 not some boutique coffee shop. They purposely did this just to save a few cents. The guy acted all confused and said the machines were “broken” when confronted with our questions. He was rude and made no exceptions. I find it very convenient that the day there are free slurpees the machine is broken and there are no size small cups. I AM FUMING!!I’m done doing business with this shady cheap garbage store and you should be too! 7/11 WATCH YOUR BACK!! ????

The white trash, old guy working here is a POS. The owners should fire him. This guy is rude to customers and completely insane. This guy is not fit to deal with people. I've seen it numerous times. He is stupid, ignorant and a racist too!

Please fire the tall man with the gold teeth this has nothing to do with his gold teeth or his physical appearance something tells me that he is incredibly racist. I'm an African-American woman and I popped in to grab a cigar. This guy started yelling at me and telling me not to smile at him it was super weird gross and disgusting. He actually was standing and blocking the selection so when he asked me which one I was a bit confused and he just started going off on me this guy needs to put the drugs down. Then proceeded to pay for the item and he had the nerve to tell me that the card was declined because I didn't have any money but I saw the machine say the word approved. He gave me the creeps made me incredibly uncomfortable and I left after paying for the item. I want somebody to please please please reach out to me from Corporate because you guys have a big Problem on your hands. I walked in, ask for an item, he blocked the selection causing confusion on my face. He tells me not to look at him like that. Then I make a selection. Then I make payment. Then he has the nerve to tell me that my car didn't go through because I didn't have money and then I didn't have $1.33 in my account when I have thousands. This guy is creepy and disgusting. Most importantly it's set approved on the machine!! He made me so uncomfortable I didn't even wanna say anything I just told him you know what it's fine and I just walked out please please please check the camera

**Hoping a manager sees this review.** Went in with my 3yo on Sunday 6/11/23 around 3-3:30pm.Guy behind register first ignored us, then said "customers just don't go away do they" then proceeded to drop the F bomb *while looking directly at my child* - He then repeated himself in some condescending aggressive tone telling me that my chip wasn't working and to "give him cash." I told him he was being rude and to watch himself, especially around kids, and I walked out. By the look of the other customers who went in and came out after me, I wasn't the only one he was implicitly rude to. We have lived in Olympic Valley for generations. I have NEVER had such a rude interaction here, ever. And to think this was on a visit I brought my kid along for them to witness this terrible example of a human at such a young, vulnerable age. Seriously upset over this incident

Read the reviews but decided to grin and bear it to get some snacks. It was unbearably hot outside and I needed a cold drink. They have the bear necessities for your travels here. I’d watch out for the big hairy customer who’s sometimes in, he’s a bit of a grump.

Terrible service. Popped in before skiing to purchase a couple of things, and the old grey haired man kept cutting me off, cracking nonstop rough jokes. Wasted lots of time and made everything difficult. I will not be back no matter how convenient the location may be.

Friendly staff, always busy. However, they're quite lazy on downtime, consyantly on their cell phone.The aisles are ALWAYS cramped with unstocked items, creating traffic jams and akward situations with strangers. They never seem to have all the bins completely stocked.Condiments are always gone or dirty. Some of them are damaged or expired.Will let white people use the restroom but not brown people.This store remains open for the simple fact of its location, however poor time management and cluttered aisles constantly makes it an extreme chore to shop here.Edit: added another photo three weeks after my initial review. Store is still absolutely cluttered.
