Saturday April 15, 2023 at 6:40 PM I came to the store to purchase hair, bleach, and a brush, and a container for the bleach I was helped by this beautiful, nice cashier with bright colored hair and beautiful accessories for her associate with glasses was extremely rude to me and stereotyped me following me around the store, as if I was going to steal something but changed her tune. Once she saw that I was a paying customer. I felt very uncomfortable by this woman and this was the worst experience I've ever had in any store. I didn't think that racial profiling was still a thing in 2023 I really hope that the manager of the store will take action against the employee who racially profiled me today I've also seen that there are other complaints about the same person I'm talking about please do something about their actions, PS, the beautiful, bright, colored haired girl deserves a raise

I have lived very close to rite for over 5 years! Olivehurst Rite aid is my go to! Lately every time I go to rite I feel hassled and watched by a specific employee! It’s extremely uncomfortable. I will be looking into other shopping options.

Have never had an issue in over a year that I've been with them, until today. Got a call saying my prescription has been ready for 2 weeks and that if I don't pick it up today they would have to take it off the shelf or else I'd be fined. I asked why I didn't get a call when it was first ready because I only just got a call yesterday saying it was ready since I didn'tcall it in myself, and they just 'didn't know'. So now I have to wait again to get my medicine... Highly irritating!

For anyone the a chime account. This is on the list of fee-free ATMs, however I can assure you it is not. Wish I would have wrote this while there at rite-aid and took a picture of the ATM screen, but if you want to get cash from this location you will pay over 3.00 for the cardtronic fee which makes it a non free fee ATM. So don't waste your time or gasoline traveling to this location!

So disappointed on being stereotyped today . I moved to this area 1 year ago and have been to this store on many occasions. I have always found the team here to be so pleasurable and helpful. However, today was the first experience I had that left me feeling pretty awful. I walked into the store (not feeling well so look pretty bad) to pick up a prescription.. upon entering the store Hilary was sitting on a stool and I noted how she looked at me and my handbag but proceeded to the pharmacy... only to find that she was watching me and as I was waiting on line to pick up my prescription asked me "is there anything I can help you with sweetie "! She follows my there to make sure I wasn't stealing and was pretty obvious about it .So absolutely uncomfortable .. I have never been made to feel like this. She even followed me out to my car .

They wouldn’t accept my prescription because I have express scripts for my everyday meds that I take for life and usually get my meds right way from a local pharmacy that I need for right away like antibiotics or for pain. They said I couldn’t have two pharmacies.I’ll never spend another penny in any rite aid.
